At the moment I only care about Norwich not dropping to the 2nd Division.. As a Southampton supporter, does that mean you will donate 50% of your AGU profit to help them get back on their feet?? For Norwich all Delia has to do is bring out a new Xmas book, the house wifes and WI fund Norwich!

I just had to laugh, was reading the report again, and just noticed FD capital was Fox Davies.. Must be the heat that made me miss that.. FD are AGU 's broker right? So it was a good read but the 11p quote, I will take with a pinch of salt, didnt they have these at 6p before that.... Apart from that a balanced view on AGU.. P.S. AGU confirm the part about the license etc, seems both parties have not been down this road before, so it may be a shorter time span, may be longer (both parties = AGU, and Greenland goverment..)

Success = AGU generating a profit... Regards to BA, I suspect the compnay needs to be cash generative to receive this bank finance in the current climate, hence the gold mine project first. But with only break even we may see more shares on the share cap to compensate for this..

I feel times are getting better and the country has tunred the corner. Put a house up for sale went on the market yesterday, and achived full asking price today.... Does not mean we will see silly prices again in the housing markets, but things are moving.. Plus it means AGU may get a nice few buys soon (just dont tell the wife)..

Understand, but let me rephrase my post: If the mine is break even point for another 52 weeks approx, where is the cash for bringing BA into production going to come from, and also the day to day running costs of AGU all in all... SEDA.. Or delay to BA? Might be a needle in the haystack, and AGU can turn the time frame quicker, we will have to see.. That was only a report, not offical news..

Didnt cross my mind. With AGU I have seen their plans may not be the plan that is actually taken due to all sorts of other circumstances.. But I'm a patient guy, so lets see what happens.. Maybe one for nick to explain at the EGM...

In basic terms we may not see gold sales for another 52 weeks... Big hole in the AGU finance plans if so, and will need to sorted somehow... Might be AGU knocking on the SEDA door quicker than you think... Bet SEDA are thinking great more cheap AGU shares.. As it's in their interests to have this facility to be used ASAP in the current market...

Good post... One bit I didnt like after a skim read "We have assumed that the licence to use cyanide will not be granted until mid February and we therefore anticipate gold production early in the June quarter of 2010" This was meant to be end of 2009!!! Which measn in my mind more SEDA draw downs for cash flow. And even more delay in BA..... As cash from gold sales were meant to be funding this along with finance.. Just hope AGU can keep the share cap below 1 billion with these time scales.. Balancing act between getting BA into production and share cap.. Long term no issue, short term till mid 2010 bumpy ride again.. May even keep my auto buys at 1.5p, you never know...

To me EWT means Estimated Wating Time, and AGU are long overdue..

BID has dropped to 2.5p, so the investors waiting to get off have done so. I did predict that after the EGM 1.5p was the target price, may have to eat my words for that one now.. Nice rise before all this business with the EGM..Will also have to look at my automatic buys, not going to happen at the level I have set...

This is getting to the point were investors holding for along time at 2p ish, can sell and walk away, so expect a few sells befroe the next rise... Some investors will not want to wait to the EGM... IF it can push on from here then all good..

Correct, but thats for SEDA only, hence AGU in their words trying to keep the share cap at 1Billion, but have the ability to go to 2 billion (one of the bits and bobs) if finance for BA was not forthcoming. They did say they will need more cash for the gold mine, so I expect some more SEDA drawdowns in the near future. Cryus have their 577M shares for a set conversion. So to them the increase is good news... on paper they have virtually made 100% before the deal is done and dusted not that they can sell, but on paper)

440K traded and ASK now 3p... Makes me laugh... mm's you know how to play the game no doubt on that...

This is moving even for a low volume, 200K traded so far and ASK now 2.75p, mid 2.38p

There is a EGM on Friday, for the issue of 577M new shares, change of name and a few other bits and bobs. And after that 2 reports / write up's due on Angel Mining plc, which are hoped by the board to bring this to investors attention. So we will have to see...
