Agreed.
Here is the presentation from last month.
I think Alex Lemon talks about the MDA around the 16 min mark.

I'm curious know at what point you would write off the MDA I'm malawi?
I really do see it dragging down the price in this stock. The market clearly thinks either its not coming or there will be huge dilution coming if the MDA goes through. Maybe better to get it off the books, release the shackles and go all in on recycling.
Just a thought.
FYI I am very bullish on MKA
Good cash position. Business as usually until news of Cotec JV, TEP and MDA.
Malawi Government need to sort it out. Clearly they have an unreasonable version of a "win-win" deal.
- Cotec at an 8/9 year high
- Neodymium bottomed and on the rise
- Songwe MDA horribly delayed but hopefully imminent
- Hypromag about to be commercialised after £100m of R&D
- Joint Venture with mining magnate Julian Treger & Cotec
Yes, there is a darker economic backdrop amd sentiment isn't good across the market but I try to remember that people have been predicting the end of the world since the world began.
It's a difficult ride but I firmly believe the potential vastly outweighs the risk.
Jump in Neodymium price today. With any luck we've seen the bottom of Nd prices and we'll see sustained price rise from here. Good on all fronts for MKA

Our Non Executive Chairman - Derek Linfield, is also the ex Chairman and non-executive director at Cornish Lithium who today just received a huge investment from the UK Infrastructure Bank.

He also owns 3.3% of Mkango.
We are in excellent hands across the board. These people are in the know.

Cotec almost at a 1 year high. Confidence growing.
Re Facebook group and social media dialogue - I remember back in January - March multiple noises saying the MDA was as good as signed and then suddenly changes of laws and radio silence. I do think it's positive to see, but I am hugely sceptical of anything other than and RNS from Mkango or a press release from the ministry of mining stipulating it's actually signed. "Vry Soon" was said in March ~ 5 months ago, so now they say it again I'm a little more cautious to believe them. Would love to be pleasantly surprised next week though
