Just received the same from II.
I believe that this requires a formal invstigation from the appropriate authorities. Is this either incompentence or negligence (or worse) by the broker or were they misled by the company?

My holding is worth the princely sum of 7p; would cost more to sell them - was fun while it lasted

The previous conversion around 07 Feb was 0.9796 ordinary shares for each C Share

I have received the same dated today - same as the previous ones from June and July; new version runs until 14 August.
Not interested especially with the recent price movements - my only concerns would be :
1. Can they force buy out as a majority shareholder?
2. Can they delist thereby making the shares harder to trade and less transparent?

Appreciate any thoughts from the more experienced people here

Having been invested since 2015 this is some justification to holding on through the dark days.

The RNS (28 November 18) that announced the Bernard Edwards catalogue acquisition referred to 37.5% - presumably his writing credits - not those of Nile Rodgers

Have they ever stated the cost of acquisition - surely that is a commercially sensitive number

Will the company be required to make an announcement is respect of todays activity - even if it is 'we have no knowledge'?

Corporate Action Notice received today with an offer to either leave the shares in the company or accept an offfer of 0.155 from the new owners.
Thoughts from any remaing small shareholders?

That was just the way it was laid out in the Notice.
I tend to agree with Donato and will hold on as I believe it is severly undervalued; need mid 30s to break even

OPTION 2: Accept the offer and receive GBP0.155 cash in exchange for each Redx Pharma Ltd share held

Is anyone else showing the price being in the 300s? Dispaly error or what am I missing?

Very disappointing - sure REDX is worth way more than this; needed another 20 per share to just break even.

Some pages appear stuck around 1400 with closing prices not updated such as EZJ

Jet 2 do not own all of the aircraft so will still have lease commitements on around a dozen aircraft. But presumably still have to pay the finance costs on the newer aircraft.
Having said that, they are one of the better LCCs to fly on

Just the two ATRs referenced in the RNS today I think - those leases remain in place to Loganair so not sure why the price drop today?
