Have been able to buy these on Freetrade and T212 - one aircraft has been sold and the remaining three and in the process of being sold. Last dividend due to be paid in October 2025 but no ex-div announced to date that I have seen.

I had not picked that up either in 2024.

Some issues I am unsure of:

1. The matching arrangement with JPJ - do you still hold the shares with JPJ or are they in effect sold at the price on the JPJ website - currently 15p.

2. What happens after 01 May 2025 if you still hold the shares on your platform? I have sent an email to REDX but not hopeful of a reply as they have not answered previous emails.

On the REDX website News & Events section - dated 01 April 2025; No idea what happens after that!

Jenkins, with the final day of trade being 30 April 2025.

Redx Pharma arranged for a matched bargain facility to be provided through JP

Jenkins on 1 May 2024, after delisting from AIM and under a one year contract

which is now complete. The company’s ordinary shares were admitted under the

ticker: REDX.

JP Jenkins provides a share trading venue for unlisted or unquoted assets in

companies, enabling shareholders and prospective investors to buy and sell equity

on a matched bargain basis. JP Jenkins is a trading name of InfinitX Limited and

Appointed Representative of Prosper Capital LLP (FRN453007).

Has anyone transferred REDX holdings to JP Jenkins? Interested to understand the process and any thoughts as to the future.

Having held since 2015 always hopeful of a return but accept it was always a big risk.

At the same time - Goldman Sachs cuts BME price target 600 from 640 but still as a buy

Decided to bail out and take the loss before any further disasters - managed to sell one batch earlier but second batch of 500 keeps being rejected.

Not sure which of the parties initially approached each other but shame there was not a termination fee in the proposed agreement.
Been in REDX since 2015 with the highs and lows but will continue to hold and top up on dips.

LT REDX Investor through the bad times of the administration; only a small position but for all 4d investors hope there could be a similar result

Contacted Investor relations at SONG and see that Alliance have now issued a correction

Shame Alliance News could not get the facts correct - no mention of it on the SONG website. Cannot find the original press release or announcement

Not sure if this helps SONG - think there would have been an RNS. The acquisition was by Hipgnosis Song Management via Hipgnosis Songs Capital not SONG Hipgnosis Songs Fund.
I understood that SONG would be given the opportunity to participate in HSC acquisitions (HSC the JV between HSM and Blackstone but recall SONG said there would be no more acquisitions until mid year?

Must admit am getting confused and concerned about the direction of SONG here - is Merck M spending more time on the JV rather than SONG?

Aergo Capital announces the acquisition and leaseback of ten (10) A319-100 aircraft with easyJet - have not seen a recent RNS on this - unless it is the 10 announced in Nov 2020

Finally out - the loss was getting too steep; made money on this before so will watch and get back in at some time
