Article has hook line and sinker taken the propaganda bait as it fails to mention that the fuel cell feeds the reasonably large lithium ion battery on board.

The battery is the main source of power for the electric motors as the fuel cell is most efficient as a constant output. My understanding is fuel cells don't ramp output up or down fast enough for a direct drive so 'batteries still included'
