It is weird to say the least , so the first tranche looks to already have been done I would say , because there really is no value in the option because you could buy on market at 76 cents yesterday . The second tranche is a little bit more exciting and sexy and have six months to do something about extra production , ie  " formally support an increased production plan " , Mmmmm sounds like to me a new offtake agreement maybe directly from German Gov . The French Gov did something similar 6 months ago

Happy , I don't think Musk has been invited to the party , I believe there is a case of what comes from Europe stays in Europe , I suspect Tesla's gig factory in Germany has ownership in USA . We could have sold all our production ten times over , at market rates to the Chinese / Koreans , they too have not been invited to the party . My suspicion is VW has already been told where it is earmarked ( them & CEZ ) , hence why they and Cez are in no rush to do offtakes . They would already know they are paying market rates into the future , so no urgency either to lock in any special prices/rates .
Lets just hope it is soon , an Offtake with either at market rates will make our share price rocket . Hartleys report on page two suggests somewhere between $9 and $12 aud ( 5 pound to 7 pound ) . Ten bagging is certainly not out of the question . Would love a Xmas rally this year , it will be fun to watch .
