Top 40 increases holding 499,833 shares despite losing six entrants mostly from the bottom range . Pleasingly we have 2 new entrants . Within Top 40 holdings we increased 4,985,466 shares whilst within holding we had some selling of 1,675,887 shares . The ones that went missing ( or could still be holders below the top 40 ) sold 2,809,746 shares . Overall 15 holders increased holdings , 7 decreased holdings and 18 remained the same . Free float is 16,876,348 shares and top 40 own 88.09 % .

We would always be on the radar of many mining houses and yes a threat of take over has always been there . The biggest mining houses want the biggest mines and we have one of the worlds largest , I am sure there are some that would be snooping . We have a very strong holding by management , REM , and their friends I would think a hostile take over would not work , and I think the top group would only entertain somewhere between 2 and 4 pounds . I myself would not sell for anything less . At 50,000 tones of lithium production per annum we are about to make a Billion dollars a year every year for 72 years
