There will be a massive market shake up B4 Xmas this year and we are sitting watching a new evolution being born , like a young deer buck just being born , when it finds it's legs it will run .

I see this as a major catalyst for further M+A activity across the sector. Surely the number crunchers at the likes of Rio and BHP must be looking to follow suit.

HC Fingers : Having a look at the the KDR offer it values them at about $770 million market cap , it is actually conceivable that my estimate is a little shy . Like for like we will have Hydroxide ( compared to spodumeme ? ) , we have a larger resource , production aprox same period .
Based on The KDR offer we could end up $5.32 a share give or take .
