Bacanora Lithium Plc, (AIM: BCN) the lithium development and exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with the administrators of Solarworld AG ("Solarworld") to amend the Joint Venture Agreement in relation to Deutsche Lithium GmbH ("DL"), which owns 100% of the Zinnwald Lithium Project ("Zinnwald"), located in southeast Germany.
Just a question guys CEZ/EMH JV to buy out the other side ? Big pockets over there , how much would BCN want ? Where could BCN get another $500 mil to build a processing plant ?

Interesting read that Ireland report : some take offs that I particularly noted :
1) Production of over 25kt/yr LiOH is the new production target at this stage. Now I have been saying this all along and now Ireland giving indication we will up our production .
2) FEED process and offtake discussions are now funded - together with enough corporate contributions from the JV ‘management fee’ to mean that EMH should not need to come back to the market before a decision on construction . Hooray no more cap raises and and no more dilution . Less shares on market with increased production our shares will go thru the roof eventually .
3) There is also the expansion capacity with the remaining part of the deposit on the German side of the border – Zinnwald (currently optioned by Bacanora – AIM:BCN). We are firmly of the opinion that there are synergies with Zinnwald and that in all likelihood there will only be one large processing facility required and economies of scale could generate bigger returns for shareholders of both deposits. A significant majority of the current declared lithium resource is on the Czech side of the border (98%). LOL I have always said someone could save $500 million by buying the other side , Now GEOMET may be the front running buyer of the other side , just makes total sense . Hooley Dooley !!!!!
On a smaller issue WH Ireland only used $10,000 a tonne for Hydroxide to come up with their 62 p but also come up with 84 p using the same value but a less risk discount , so indications that the price could also be 40 % higher basing Hydroxide on $14,000 a tonne where it used to be B4 Corona .
