mr cautious , Institutions dont care about the end price , They are the only ones who truely value a companies market cap . They do not care about pips and penny pinch like you and I , all they will care about is their average entry price which would have been half way thru their accumulation phase . And they then hope some one takes over from where they left off and they would be in the money immediately .

Lets say Krupa is buying and may have accumulated 1 mil shares today and the price has risen to 10 % , to accumulate the additional 28 million shares he wants which will take him to 20% holding it may take him another 28 days at a 10 % rise each day . At day 16 we will be 82 p and day 28 will be 2 pound 50 food for thought

Another thought Yvonne , the top 40 also saw 73 p and did not sell so know full well we will go way past that point at some point personally most in Oz waiting 1 pound 10 pence or more

Yvonne , my dear girl 29 of the top 40 are insiders , collectively they probably own 70 odd % of the company ( and none are sellers til end ) . The top 40 is about 82 %. 40 % probably owned in europe including GB . Cadence probably owns half of Europe . There is an aprox freefloat on London of 6 million shares and in OZ aprox 12 million shares . No Idea of what %ages in Germany , The top 40 have been and will be solid ( the top 40 includes Germany and AIM including Cadence whom will not be selling ) 40 odd million shares are owned by inner circle in London which would be aprx 75 % of the London total .
