RE: RE:Tender offer-nobody posted yet11 Jun 2020 16:03
No chance Mr cautious , a desperate attempt to buy cheap shares . There is no top 40 holder that will sell at this price . They all have been accumulating over the last years or at least holding . Most I would suggest have a greater average price than that offered .

Officially it is not a take over offer , it is a little unusual to say the least , it is only a tender offer to buy shares , I feel that the ASX will ask Krupa to explain . .It feels very much like when VW sent tenders out for the supply of Lithium when no body replied . Just feels like a cheap shot , maybe that's how these guys think , desperate to get in but don't want to pull the money out of their pocket . Lol , I might put a tender out tomorrow and out bid him . Wont have to pay the sellers for a month and in the mean time the price may be higher .

If anything Krupa just told the market EMH is worth at least 15.5 p right now and given these guys start with low ball offer , their actual figure where they could go to is probably 35 % higher or 21 p or more . If our share price gets to 15.5 p they will have to make another offer . Come on Pomms start buying .
I dont understand why AIM has not already rerated to 15.5 p . , surely the market would think there are other players whom will join the foray . And the scum bg brokers whom are happy to trade for a pip .
Told you Sid , I had my little birdie ears on , and there are others in the wing . Traders should be buying all they can right now at 14 p and sell to him an 15.5 . there is a long way to go , but $2.00 ( one pound 9 pence ) might extract a few share from me , and reiterate might .
Stephan Woellenstein, CEO of Volkswagen Group China, called the investment a strategic milestone, as Volkswagen takes a strategic role in a State-owned company for the first time, as well as investing direct in a Chinese battery supplier. First time for anything EMH next , to guarantee supply in Europe ? http://epaper.chinadaily.com.cn/a/202006/08/WS5edd79afa3107831ec752943.html
OHH why does the market not recognise what will happen !!
