Also, Kefi have stated that 'Saudi Industrial Development Fund provides loans for up to 75% of the capital cost of mine development at nominal interest rates'
Also see http://saudigazette.com.sa/article/581516
- Saudi The ministry has identified four drivers of Saudi Arabia’s mining strategy and has committed nearly $4 billion to advancing them.
Saudi is keen to invest away from Oil hence why they are going to list Aramco to raise around $30B - so should have a bit of cheap money to help the likes of Kefi if we need it to develop the mine to production
Could this be SOLG2 - do the same as Solg did in 2016 - started off Jan 2016 at less than 2p and went to over 29p by Nov 2016 and then onto 45p by June 2018. If we have 24 x VMSs then could be massive. Before the latest deep VMS drillings, the results of which will be announced soon, Kefi had reported - In February 2015, KEFI completed a first-pass, wide-spaced trenching programme over the gossanous horizon. KEFI’s trenches repeated all of the BRGM’s trenches, as well as
extending the known (4.5km) exposure to the south and to the north. All of KEFI’s trenches contained anomalous gold, including 6m at 2.2g/t gold, 2m at 8.7g/t gold, 6m at 1.9g/t gold,3m at 5.8g/t gold, 2m at 7.5g/t gold and 8m at 3.0g/t gold.
Can't wait till we see the results. If Australian companies are crawling all over Saudi then hopefully BHP or the like would do a similar deal that set SOLG on fire back in 2016.
Jabber - also won't be following your advice -Agu 2019 PREM - 'just keep on averaging down.... try to claw something back but hey this ain't going nowhere for a long time...... I've watched this for some years, sold up in 2018 jut before the decline, may jump back in again when this has gone down by another 30% or so.'
As we know PREM six bagged from there. So won't be following your advice on any shares - in fact the opposite - may follow you to see what you say and do the reverse.
And as we know PREM went to 0.18
Jabber - you are not an investor - just a child (or acting like one) - yes indeed lets see and see if you are still on this board when we take the next leg up. If you are shorting (if possible) you are taking a very large and sill risk - the opposite to trying to catch a falling knife.
By the way -Richardsmithsmith just posted on ADVFN - from his meeting/conversation with Harry on Tuesday evening - probably had been asked to keep quite until RNS issued - worth a read. Looks like Suadi VMS could be Saudi VMS x 20. Says drill results out any day and loads of news. Also remeber that current Tulu resource estimates do not include resources under Tulu Kapi. Fingers crossed that it could be like SOLG in 2016 - 25 bagger. GLA
I was wondering how the true value of KEFI could be calculated by compairing to other Gold miners. It is hard due to the variables involved but could we compare the Ethopian element of the company to Greatland Gold, where GGP is currently valued at £59M and no current production plan - no disrepect to GGP as I think it is a great company and been very profitable for many PIs since 2017 (me included) and hopefully will be even more so in the future. Also appreciate that GGP is got multiple exploration licences that may come good and also have Newcrest paying for the
Tulu Kapi is estimated at 1.7m Oz - and is ready to go into production and is only £9.43M, so if it generates £48M cash flow PA the it has got to be values at somewhere around £200M and that is without Saudi. If Saudi turns out to be viable then that is cream on top.
Anybody got any other comparison figures please?
Thanks Manu, hopefully he is in London to do a Proactive video on the amazing Ethopia deal or the amazing Saudi results (or both). -:)
nice one sixnoughts - it would be nice if Kefi grew by six noughts to the right of the .75 to become 750,000.00 per share. I would be happy with just three noughts,
Be fantastic if we got one good news RNS regarding Ethopia first and then Suadi the following day
that is www dot bonker99 dot com /chartpictures?chart=KEFI
Bonker99 has just done a chart on this - next step up is 1.2p if all goes well

Don't think there is anything new here but nice to see it repeated today....

I have been watching in the sidelines for a while and bought in today. If we get good news from the Saudi H awiah mine and/or the go ahead from Ethopia - then will this be the next BOOM mover like Vast/Prem/EUA and will some of the money from those come this way? From what I have read then it suggests it could be but then I was in Vast (Imminent) FRR (news soon), CLON (just needs signing) and others where licences/signoff have been dependant on goverment departments and for some reason the companies seems to feel they were more imortant that running the the country. Fingers crossed we will have news on multiple fronts in the next week or so.
Thanks Bridges
Bridges - Is that meeting regarding Ghana or Bolivia? Got a link please?
Thanks for that Bridges - not far to wait so hopefully we will get great news then
Since investing in Clon I have been reading as much as possible about the Ghana position and it will be massive when it is ratified, however the more I listen to the recent Proactive video where Mr H states that 2 contracts have been signed (one German and the other Chinese) and expects to be the 3rd company to sign a contract - and says that there is a current campaign in October and expects to sign a MOU in the coming months. This sounds like a second massive potential which he says they would likely bring in a Chinese partner.
Really do feel that we are at the very start of something that will be huge in terms of MCAP.

Nice to see any sells being mopped up and overall we only had a small amount more sells than buys. I can fully appreciate PIs selling some when they see the likes of Vast and Prem increasing, however Vast getting a bit top heavy at £44M when still a long way off producing. Not sure about Prem. But if and when (hopefully just when and soon) we get our licences then Boom!! and then lithium on top. Hopefully news next week should be long enough gap after Bod's Options RNS . GLA
Can't be far off now (hopefully) before the next Ghana announcement. I wonder who we will partner with -Tullow? Aker? or Springfield https://www.energyvoice.com/oilandgas/209549/springfield-launches-deepwater-drilling-off-ghana/ - whoever it is our SP should 10 bag for starters
This moves a lot on very little buys and sells. Today there was around £18K sales and £10K buys and the mms have marked it down nearly 8%, equally when the news comes in this will rocket. Anyone selling to have a short term punt elsewhere and with a hope of then getting back in will struggle to get back in at what they sold out at and won't have a chance if they try to get in after the news arrives (IMO)
Thanks Bridges - given that mr Teeling and mr Horgan have also been given them I feel something is going to happen soon and they would normally leave a little space between the options and good news so that it does not look to fishy. Could be the mou or the Ghana announcements or the two billionaires taking a stake (oh please let it be that). From the recents sp holding fairly steady bit looks like mostly lth holders only as must have been tempting to sell a few with vast and parm rises, I am holding for our massive rise and hoping for a Dana exploration type rise or a PET type rise would suffice.
Hi John, agree with your other points but as far as I know they can exercise the options whenever they want but have to pay 0.7 per share, they can then sell at whatever price they want even if it was lower than 0.7 but obviously that would be at a loss so why would they. I have had options myself in the past and say the sp was 2p and the options were 0.7p the company would just allow you to buy and sell and give you the difference without you having to put any money up front. So the directors would only exercise when there is a profit to be made.
