Well I could not add WTG to my portfolio to watch it. The share price search worked for WTG but as soon as I tried to add it, it couldn't find the ticker. Not sure if that is the reason why?
That does not read well, not sure why they have appeared again. It looks like as they have been delisted from JP Jenkins for u listed companies, they have appeared on the listing again.
I have an average of 6.6p so the offer does not give me the value I wanted, I have been sat here since GGG days waiting for the development of this gold company, waiting for them to start getting the stuff and selling it and waiting for my investment to repay me for years.......then this, A 2p loss per share and Norton get the asset for little cost. Life is unfair!
Does not seem to have had the positive impact on the share price as was predicted, it now appears that this 290 point is the market price. So does one think long or short term......12 months for 5% does not seem worth it really.
So that is now worth 4p a share! Great.....no point, not good enough in my mind. I would prefer the risk of leaving BGL to actually extract some of this yellow heavy stuff, just wish they would hurry up. The resource is in the ground, they have proved that, they are improving the details of extracting at lower cost via the chemicals, just start the process please.......
.......and then a broker rating comes out for 240??? On this news???? Are they all having a laugh?
Shocking RNS - all those failed drill test sites, makes you wonder how an oil exploration company can make so many mistakes. Risky business of course but to hit 3 bad ones?? I have been in here years and I have never had good news, it has always been a slow decline. Another challenging share and one that I am on a paper loss and unlikely to ever get back my investment! Is this what shares is all about, PI's invest money on the back of admittedly limited knowledge research and the words are all hopeful and encouraging.......5 years later....nothing! I just pick shares badly!
So it is a closed placing and the BOD seem to have filled their boots with additional shares. Okay I suppose that seems to show faith in the company but basically we have had a considerable dilution not offered to PI's. Frustrating unless the move and additional cash increases the SP to a more realistic level.
Well that would be fantastic, I am not selling as I don't have a huge investment in here it is a play and alas at the moment it has been not very funny! I am hoping patience pays off in some cases.
My average is 6.62, so a long way to go. 7p would be good but almost a flat return after.....how many years??? I would be okay to get my money back, we will see.
I state again that having been here since Central China Goldfields days, why would I entertain a horribly low valuation of this asset? I hope that it all just goes away and they start extracting the yellow stuff soon. I need to at least get my investment back!
Taken from their website http://www.nortongoldfields.com.au/Takeover_Updates.htm
Well if the offer is 0.07 $ Aus which is circa 4p a share then I am not interested, I have an average of 6.6p from the China Goldfields days. Would be well fed up if they sold out this cheap....we have sat through all the changes over the years, we are now in the position of realising real value within the resources BGL owns and then this news comes out of Norton trying to pull a fast one by buying cheap or manipulating themselves onto the BOD! By all means sell to Norton but do it for a fair value!
I have just checked what I paid for my original shares, and at 5.8p I need a 30 bagger.....even more unlikely!!!
Whatever happens at least something is happening, I have a small investment but at a fraction of the cost I paid for them, I am almost not bothered what happens. It has all been very disappointing....but then again hopefully the SP will become a 5 bagger and I get my investment back!! Ummm doubtful!
How disappointing, I have a small investment and it wont make a huge difference to me but it is making me realise what a gamble AIM is! That is number 2 write off, others are so far down they might as well be a write off....live and learn, I now see the sense in investing in managed funds and leave experts to play the game.
I too have been in here a while and since excitement of GGG.....and then the disappointment. I bought in at 6p many years ago so I am not going anywhere at the moment. It all seems very static, lots of resource planning and forecasting - updates all around that sort of information but little yield. I suppose we need gold out of the ground and a good price per ounce and then we can look at generating value and getting the SP moving. All too quiet and patience is the only way.
That 395p rating makes me much happier than the RMG one....life in the entertainment market yet....
