Mounties - I didn't invest having lost faith in D.L so haven't lost a single penny - like a Catholic boy I pulled out at the last minute . And yes I agree ENET is a charade - but a very tradeable charade - genuine good luck with how you chose to play it

On reflection I would like to amend my reference to 'mug punters' to "trusting investors" - clearly for the early few years ENET seemed to be a compelling AIM opportunity and I myself was on the verge of making a chunky investment ....... until the TARANA fiasco when it became clear that David Levi was a charlatan.

Anyone buying in over the last two years will have chosen to ignore the glaring array of red flags on display and are probably the only real mugs here.

The reality of ENET is revealed in David Levi's own words via the quite deceitful ongoing RNS announcements.

ENET haven't been able to engage with a significant vendor since the IPO in 2017 - when they had £15 million in the Bank and a share price of 140 pence and the world at their feet.

Today .... still no actual solid vendor engagement - share price currently 180 shares for a single penny and perpetually scratching around for cash via monumental dilution to keep the lights on.

2017 - 32 million shares in issue December 2026 - 10 billion shares in issue. So over 300 times more shares in issue now - and still SFA to show for it - The only success here is snake oil salesman David Levi's ability to spin a yarn to mug punters, and to keep the delusion spinning for 8 years.

The result of the vote tomorrow will be interesting - even more interesting will be D.L's statement that accompanies it, and then the share price reaction from the market.

Simple maths says the share price should halve, I doubt that will happen. Everything hinges on the Statement and the credibility the market gives it. I'm expecting the either of two extremes - lights out imminent because ........ or substantiated unambiguous details of an order/contract. Anything else is a slow living death imo

I would imagine that twib is pretty happy to have sold his 3% stake when he did - after the 2nd December a 3% stake will be arbitrarily slashed to 1.5% by the issue of 5bn new shares.

Zero signs of the Orders, Contracts and Letters of Intent that Levi has been touting for over a year. Nothing but cash calls and monumental dilution - while the BOD continues to milk the Shareholders to cover their bloated salaries.

It's a just punt at .0057 based on a massive boiler room ramp-athon coming up prior to the December 2nd vote. It's certainly not because of any confidence in the survival of ENET.

Anyone buying into ENET currently are doing so with their eyes wide open and deserve the consequences - my thoughts are with the investors who took David Levi at face value based on his RNS's which have been revealed as a pack of lies, hopefully they will hold him to account. The regulators and Nomads always seem to look the other way hiding behind plausible deniability which in reality is is just wilful blindness,

For the benefit of anyone who doesn't think dilution is important - 5million ENET shares sold for £300 today.

At the IPO, 5 million shares would have cost £7,000,000.

And on December 2nd the number of shares in issue will double from 5 to 10 Billion - All hail David Levi, Tech Genius and Messiah of Shareholder value.
