After the (oversubscribed) IPO 8 years ago ENET had £15million of cash in the Bank, a market cap of £45million, a share price of 140 pence - and clear path to secure significant orders for their "no brainer" products and patented technology from a hungry marketplace......... Apparently.

Fook all has been delivered.

That same 140 pence would have bought ONE share - today it can buy 11,000 shares. David Levi and Ethernity have been a abject failure from start to finish imo

David Levi's stake in ENET is miniscule 223million shares .... worth £28,000.

Probably half of what his car cost - but at least the car loses value a lot more slowly than ENET shares

Twib - respect for your transparency and straight bat ...... I've been highly sceptical of Levi/ENET for quite a while but still hope for a crazy twist to give the honest to goodness Shareholders a get out of jail card ..... or at least a reduced sentence!

This feels like the can of a meaningful announcement/update being kicked down the road - with an implication that the lights will be still on in a months time. Maybe allowing speculation and a flurry of trading that could trigger a release of the New Shares ......... but that's just a thought/wild guess

A shell needs to be clean financially as well as regulatorily - ENET is a can of worms concealed beneath a cloak of non disclosure IMO

Well D.L has certainly been 'dumping' all over his Shareholders for the last few years- that's for sure

In fairness the AUSA conference is a must to attend in the Defence and associated Sectors with a breath taking array of exhibitors, but I suspect in their parlous state ENET would be little more than a schoolboy bereft of pocket money pressing his face to a Sweetshop window. ......... so maybe next year
