Hi Santiago good to see you back - just a thought, do you suspect like me, that the monumental Cloudflare outage today would have been avoided if they had entrusted there tech systems to ENET rather than the two bit outfit stuff they are currently using?

Thanks for the insight on Bank parameters for loans and overdrafts skid - it makes total sense now

...... and an additional perhaps naive thought could D.L have hoodwinked the Bank as to the value of the IP and patents? the 'intangible assets' shown in the balance sheet amounts to £several million - and until a policy change R&D costs were lumped 100% into intangible value so any value would be historically skewed.

Unless of course the intangibles consist largely of the value of David Levi's sheer genius and business acumen!

Posts crossed skid - the point that an RNS would be required for Director providing security certainly creates a mystery about how ENET hasn't ground to a halt by now.

Thanks for the input, I'd assumed that ENET's creditworthiness was destroyed by the TSP and Creditor Settlement Plan - (which was only completed by selling new shares into the market) hence my thought that D.L would have to give personal guarantees to have a workable Bank Account for day to day lights on expenses.

Underneath the question is the hope that D.L personally has a kick in the gonads at liquidation - in addition to the obvious significant losses on his own shareholding

ExMS - you indicated that ENET would be running a £1.2 - £2 m overdraft which would seem realistic. Given that the Bank debt would need solid security - In my (limited) experience this usually means a charge over the personal property and assets of the Principal ie David Levi. Further, could this mean that D.L's arse is bare financially if/when ENET collapses?

I'm just ruminating on what D.L stands to lose personally and how much this may drive his strategy in how he steers ENET's operations - I would value and appreciate your, and others take on this.

I agree that he is milking ENET for all he can get - but behind that he has a massive ego and also a distorted self image to satisfy so I don't doubt for a minute that he isn't working like crazy to get orders and collaborations - what success he can achieve given the parlous financial state of Ethernity and whether the qualities of his tech can achieve that I just don't know. My gut tells me that liquidation is inevitable sooner or later but that's just an opinion based on how things have panned out up to now.

Interestingly at the IPO there were only32.518,186 shares in issue giving ENET a market cap of £45 million.

At that time one single share was selling at 140 pence - today you can buy 18,666 shares for the same 140 pence. A monumental dilution ......... and some people still believe Levi will deliver!

Levi must be ecstatic that he will have the green light to sell shares at literally any price to fund his salary - until the Shareholders wake up ..... or the Regulators stop looking the other way

5.03 billion shares in the market currently - 3% = 150,900.000 shares ...... so either of the big buys yesterday would have crossed the threshold.

Different story when No Par Value kicks in ......... Levi can release any quantity at any price - till the cows (or camels)come home

155.7 million shares looks to be a notifiable stake ... currently. It'll be interesting to see if anyone owns up.

And there are another 5 billion new shares waiting in the wings for the No Par Value status to release a fresh avalanche of confetti ......... ad infinitum

Totally agree skid - I read every single RNS in one sitting and saw a pattern of lies and deception going back 8 years. David Levi has shown himself be a a serial liar and a Charlatan.

The rampers and deluded on here have enhanced and added downright misinformation to Levi's bs - most famously of late was B_positive and his gang. and yes he fooled a few unwary punters.

Yes and these discussion boards groom a fresh crop of mug punters time after time to buy into the dream of making quick easy money - they lose hand over fist as the sp crashes, denial and Stockholm Syndrome sets in - then bluster and anger when it all fall's apart and can't bear to see they've been well and truly shafted,
