Brighty, in the flood of posts and general angst surrounding the shockingly rapid fall in the share price, I don’t think your post got the credit it deserves. A very enthusiastic and sure fired prediction of a buyout. A good reason to hold this share. Definitely BOIL in a very strong position. Thanks, for posting. It could be round the corner.

“ The shares were trading at 0.090p - 0.10p before the news was released at 10:14 am yesterday. Over 4 billion shares were trading peaking at 0.16p - 0.17p. 24 hours later the shares are 20% down back to the pre-news price of 0.090p - 0.10p. In my opinion they are creaming PIs who bought on the excellent news yesterday with a discount placing. That's what's depressing the price. They're probably forward selling billions at 0.080p - 0.10p“.

Wednesday, Jarv, but a big moment for the company which demonstrated their standing with TL and the president.

Jelly, there’s a sense of inevitability about the Chuditch project. It really has to happen. The risks right now are further dilution. Can never rule it out and Woodside delaying a decision once again or a point blank refusal. That would hit us hard and TL would be left holding the baby with possibly no PlanB. All the chatter is positive right now and decision time is looming with LNG and new concepts possibly coming to the rescue. We would benefit enormously if the FLNG route is taken. A possible buyout is waiting in the wings with a major waiting on the Sunrise decision. I think it’s been taken, it’s positive for TL and Horta is trying to find backers for the infrastructure required.

We should find out shortly. Every move by the TL government is worth noting.

He always sounds wrecked. Big job on his hands.

Jarv, the reception hosted by BOIL at the embassy was very positive as has been the entire Horta visit. Financial investment companies in attendance and discussions held. I suspect the fruits of this visit will become apparent very soon.

Horta is putting in the air miles and back home preparations are in full flow for the Sunrise project. Chuditch has to be absolutely key to their plans. More news can’t be far away. Share price reflects none of this. Absolutely gobsmacked at the reversal going on.

Jarv, excellent summary of operations. I suspect most long term holders have a good grasp of this. Most of the others ( lthe majority) couldn’t find TL on the map and just see a red or blue arrow and take a punt based on the prevailing near term momentum.

The story is compelling but it’s not getting through to the average investor. Concerning in the short term. We all want stability and investors confidently holding.

Off course you’re correct, but I think they really believe we don’t know they’re sitting anxiously glued to the share price. In fact, they’re the ones most gutted and crying in their tea. Far more than anyone else. Every mocking post is a cry for help.

I do my best to reassure them but they want instantaneous results. They should do their own research.

This is an excellent company with a great future which will deliver riches galore. I’m delirious with excitement.

Clearly you hold shares in BOIL. You wouldn’t be here otherwise. You’re disappointed at the drop and you pretend otherwise. You’re fooling nobody. I’m sorry I can’t provide words of reassurance. That’s what you want. Keep the act up. It’s pretty childish.

Horta talking right now on the FB London Embassy page, if you’ve got the patience. News out of TL could easily be the next catalyst to drive us forward. Horta will find external funding to transform the entire oil and gas sector. He’s certainly talking to the right people. Unlike previous spikes which went nowhere, this has the feel of a corner turned with more to come.

Nice if it turned around today. We deserve it.

It’s down because people sell which creates negativity and more panic selling. A few really big buys would steady the ship. Fundamentals are better than ever. It’s damned exciting to be right in the thick of it.

There’s a huge amount of good news coming down the line. Yesterday was nothing compared to what’s in the pipeline. Today’s selling is sadly predictable but it’s still volatile and could easily recover. I’ll take this to the stagnation of recent months. Horta’s UK visit has moved things toward.

The priority program of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources for 2024 is the development of the Greater Sunrise Gas field and the assurance of a pipeline to Timor-Leste, the development of infrastructure to support the Tasi Mane project, and exploration and development of potential blocks in Onshore and Offshore oil exploration. His Excellency announced that by mid-2024, a "unique concept" decision must be made for the development of Greater Sunrise, in order to plan for the construction of a Natural Liquefied Gas plant, a refinery, and petrochemicals by the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027.

The refinery is probably where GemCorp Capital come in.
