Rise today probably after Zak Mir comments : Yesterday Rockfire Resources plc (ROCK), the base metal, critical mineral and precious metal exploration company, focused on its 100%-owned Molaoi zinc deposit in Greece, held a well presented and received investor lunch in the City of London. The highlights here were the company’s positive funding position, the strategic value of germanium, and prospects for non-dilutive funding particularly from the EU and US.

Watching the video again, DP says they have gold in some assays, albeit low amounts. Don't remember seeing that in an assay result.

Bit more in depth on actually mining the ore, stressing their permits are both exploration and exploitation. And Metlen just recently being given an EU grant of circa €350 million for gallium and germanium processing. Don't think JV partners for mining the block will be made known until after JORC upgrade, but plans are all well and truly in place.

Amazing how this appears to be some kind of recent revelation! Been in the RNS feed since early 2025 when, and why, I invested here. Just shows the message needs to target the right people, further backed up by mainstream news for the FOMO to kick in. Topped up at 0.13, not sure if any lower is possible from today if next assays continue to show good grades and expand the resources. Good video, shame it can't be put in an RNS as the message comes across better.

Seems to me that only a couple of things will move this before JORC upgrade. ACAM or another investor increasing their holding at a higher price, disclosure of interested JV partners for mining the site. Not grapevine news, but RNS saying we have received interest from ### to help fund the development of Molaoi. Looks likely to be a long wait for the upgrade, was hoping the new rig would have been drilling now, not in six months.

Ah well, time to accumulate I suppose.

One day he'll find all the good info on ROCK that is out there, forget it the next day again though.

A couple of huge trailers parked up? I thought ROCK were only buying one more rig to upgrade JORC by year end.

Three labs that a contractor recommends? The actual lab they use is JORC accredited and above, used by the big companies too.

Cost dispute with the contractor? Why did they sign a 10,000m cost with ROCK pre drilling?

Totally unsafe working environment? There are over 30 drill locations, I believe at ground level, not mid air.

Over $5 billion confirmed resources in the ground? Yes.

Large institutional investor involved? Yes.

Recent private investor meeting this month? Yes.

Every hole drilled confirms presence of zinc, silver and germanium? Yes.

Is ROCK undervalued at current price? I'd say yes.

Who knows? Though been over 2 weeks since Hole 16 started, maybe Monday for more pXRF readings?

31/03/25 - 82 million warrants at 0.8p were awarded. Only 30 million of these were exercised (04/09/25 & 04/11/25). These warrants have now expired.

60 million warrants at 0.375p awarded on 17/10/24 and will expire 17/10/27, of which just over 56 million have been exercised.

There are also 3 million warrants awarded on 04/03/24 at an exercise price of 1p, none yet exercised, expiring on 04/03/27.

So agree with Zodiac, this warrant overhang is almost complete.

When you roll over a buy order, the sell trade is first (0.1488) then the buying back (0.15). Only 16 seconds apart too, which is about right. If they were 2 x 100 million buys, sp would be a fair bit higher.

A roll over Nobby, looks likely to me anyway.

If the warrants are totally exercised, that will pay for the new rig. Am hoping news this week that new rig and crew are on site ready to go. Keep Geotest in the north and break the new rig and crew in at the easier to drill south.

So at last we have assay news, albeit not for H-011. Assays for 013 were received approx 6 weeks after hole completion. So hole 011?

No gold found, but Ge still present, and Cu footprint will point to the origin of the geology - the thicker ore bearing lodes.

New rig on the way which will reduce drill costs and obtain more drilling metres for the allotted budget - shame this has not been actioned earlier, but does bring the resource upgrade back into late 2026 rather than early to mid 2027.

So the northern ground is more difficult to drill, but this was already known, and Ge and Ag still present at good grades.

As has been said today, take advantage of dips, the metals are still there. Holding from here will return more % than a cash ISA in the next 6 months.

This is a very news driven stock. No news, price drifts. On assays, all have had preliminary pXRF data except Hole 012. Assays correlate quite well with the pXRF data, so the ore is there. We just need assay confirmation of Ge, Ga and possibly Au for holes 011 onward. Hole 014 been 6 weeks drilling, in the more difficult to drill zone around holes 008 & 009. Then there is no follow up on the second rig comments made by the company. All this affects confidence, which ROCK seem to try and combat with broker note and other articles. ACAM need this drill campaign complete early 2027 to take advantage of their warrants at a higher price, which a JV or mining funding will create.

The last comment on X was "we are still drilling". All will be clearer soon I hope, but it's taking far longer than expected for any news to come forward, even basic assays.

"Out of the Ground" just posted that broker note on X. Hopefully some traction soon (New ISA day next week) after recent media coverage.

Importantly, that note says ROCK will be mining this area, after investment funding, with profits used to further explore the Northern zone. So a JV while retaining a majority stake? Makes even more sense now to acquire a second rig, and promptly.

Yes, if assay results are significantly higher than expected, the assays are repeated. This is for ALS own integrity, as the PFS economics are dependent on the values given in the assays. Also, Loughrae handles most of Europe's mine assay testing, so where does ROCK sit in the pecking order? I don't think the delay is due to exceptional results, this would only add around 5 days to assay results. Not second guessing reasons for the delay, just patiently waiting for the results.
