CPAI had cas balance of £96,444 at 30th September 2025. £124,687.50 added after 20.5 million waarants exercised in October2025. So at present cash balance is £221,000.
£790,000 loss that year comprised mainly of approx £480,000 in advisory fees for setting up CapMedia in the US and the UK. That means (to me) that CPAI only requires £300,000 for annual costs. Not much difference.
Now to the warrant issue. 60 million warrants expire at end of March 2026. If they are exercised, no further funding would be required for this year. If not exercised, almost half of current available warrants would expire These are the most costly warrants, exercise price of 0.8p. Appears to be 131 million warrants outstanding at various exercise prices - below is AI generated table of warrants outstanding.
