Worth having a read of the DLA Piper website in the Energy and Resource section. Their clients incl NN, Anglo American, Sinosteel etc. A top legal firm to work with , like UBS they will not be cheap - very encouraging.

Funnily enouigh I asked a similar question last week. I think it was GFD who mentioned that with UBS involved they would not wish this to drag on and will have advised those interested in making bids of these timelines. There was also an intesting example of a TO with timeframes that MAC4671 mentioned in his post at 12.05 on Sat that maybe worth reading. I believe that we are not that far away. If and when the flanks licence is given, that we will be close to the finishing lince. AIMO. ATB

Afternoon All
I would be interested to hear the views of others as to whether people think EUA do have a specific time frame in mind for bidders to give their final offer for EUA. I am certain there will be opening bids, counter offers etc but I would expect the Board woud not want this to go on indefinately and must have some sort of cut off date in mind. Just curious as to what people think about this. As I am now semi retired, I wont live for ever and want to spend some of it before |I go lol. Many thanks.

May I suggest you seriously think about keelhauling Septic Lil and you may get rid of the the Grimsby whiff. (Apologies to those who live in Grimsby - no offence meant!!). As you say this could be an historic week, eyes firmly looking out from the crows next for the all important red dot!!.
