Hi, I think the potential new claims is only for a “certain period specified after the new “changes’ however they can still be fiercely contested once the new CEO comes in if AMGO can fight their corner and provide the evidence. FCO and FCA can’t have it both ways when it suits them.

Been a long wait for those holding since March. However this co maybe turning a corner from here. Possible green shoots from the current sp. If the sp were to hit 5/6p, I would be buying going forward. DYOR. There’s a netflix serial on this one!
Remember JB sold his shares in order so he can be eligible to vote due to an old contract term. Partly pxxxxx off about that clause. JB that is. Had he not done so, we would not be holding the volumes we hold today. Right?

By releasing his shares (as he was unable vote) and with sp tumbling, dropping to now - 6p, many new and old private shareholders have a greater holdings, to say when sp was 38p?
