During Covid period April - June -
Lending has continued albeit ONLY for key workers who may be eligible for a loan. Still accounts for 10m potential workers who could ami-go apply at Amigo. Not bad in itself. The rest placed on hold.

Maybe “key workers” received a discretionary better rate, as part of Covid discounts for key workers. Who knows?

Year end, Amigo Turnover increased by 17%.
Business was not declining.

Had facility agreement taken place July 24th, always a possibility we would have trailed back since then waiting on 1st Qtr.

Roger has already been replaced, plus Roger is likely to leave, he made it clear he would in a statement i read once new appointment comes in. I’m guessing FCA approval is the reason for wait.

A JR may not be needed if Glen can (who had been with Amigo since joining LSE) so knows the company and business inside out. A solicitor, and legal expert/ Coucil and CEO. Glen at the help, the best outcome can be steered through with an amigo with a new board of directors and new putting the recent complaints and challenges behind them.

Any buy order that exceeds a threshold has to be declared under rules. Sure fill it, but you don’t just declare you own Arsenal one morning ...

JB selling is publicy noted and the reasoning is due to non voting rights until Richmond Group reaches sub 10%.
So i don’t understand why you state cleims he is selling. - Yes he has to sell, and the rns states it everyday.
I do not think he is buying back just yet. Under the Rules you have to declare if you have a holding of 3-5%. Can’y recall latest threshold now.
