Sure JB can buy- back 30-40% amigo shares it’s all relative if the sp went back up to £1-£1.50+ holding just 40%. Plus many PI’s now hold 10-12% stock. His family members can hold shares.
He could buy back more if he wanted to get back to 60%. Would it add anything though?

Expect a rush to buy-in for the upturn.

Yes - I would vote for JB.
The reasoning behind not backing Glen at the time to be CEO whilst a Consultant can also be partly due to Glen stepping down due to illness. Not an easy role to take on CEO v Consultant. ( At Challenging period, especially Covid and everything else.) Would not have been fair. I guess he Has stepped up since having thought about it.

Joke aside, Glen bought his 6m shares (before closed period) knowing changes that needed to be implemented.

The loan Issuer would not extend if they were not confident. Knowing what has gone on with Amigo incl coup in past 12 months.

They have their “key reassurances ticked” and “confidence in Glen and the new BOD” and current And future income/ revenue rolling in, FCA Investigation to some effect.

All in all a good day for Amigo today. First of many.
