Fairly consistent historic divi payments there, 6-7p each Nov and 10-12p in May. How does current trade compare? I'm still thinking 5p.

My reading of that is the annual divi would be paid at end of FY but we're getting a taster in Nov, next week.

Two weeks until results which we know will be good, divi and real build up to our busiest time of year to look forward to. Plenty of predictions put us closer to £3, +40%. Same period in 2021 we did 30% in two weeks, will it be repeated and hit 2.80? 15% could get us over 2.50. Perhaps will have to wait for the new year for further gains, happy to be proven wrong!

Nope, I just dont get it. I understand our bod grabbing any cash on offer for their salaries but it's not to start up our business but a new business we have no experience of. Or is it part of a master plan? Presumably the other side are bringing their own experience as they can't want ours or need a loan! So what's in it for them? Can't just be listing on AIM?

Hopefully someone can give me a steer here, I must admit my investment strategy to date has not considered dividends so havent paid them much attention. On the 8th Nov we get results and confirmation of divi, declaration date, this will include a ex-divi date quickly followed by the record date for mks to decide who was actually a shareholder this then leads to the payment date. Q1, have I got that right? Q2, are there standard or min / max timeframes for each step? Q3, I dont get why the declaration, ex-divi and record dates are not the same, surely if I announce today I'll pay a divi for anyone holding next week people will pile in just for that? Q4 presumably when the payment is made the SP will drop by an equal amount as the cash it held is now out the door?

Any advice will be much appreciated

Hmm, not sure how to read this and £5m isn't going to do much. What about those who had previously indicated they would take part in an RI, £15m? Need to wait for details, we were expecting dilution anyway so no change as yet and atleast it keeps options open.

I second all of that JJ. Screet, not sure of 205 but then again I didn't expect to see 215 again so what do I know! What I do know is there's only 17 trading days until results and confirmation of divi, can we do 25% to get close to 270? Not convinced now but 250 should be easy.

I was in Liverpool yesterday, not sure about cost of living crisis, didn't appear like that even in inclement weather, plenty of shoppers and plenty of bags being carried. Not many stores with sales to entice people either.
