Do we get given a date ,say a month ? before the listing ! Do we get out there talking to US institutional investors or are we in the background already doing that ?

As for info here ? If you’re new there’s a lot digest but most holders are waiting on news of the US listing , half year results ( should come after listing hopefully mid September) obviously the Petersen case will always be a big topic until settled ,, a really good place to learn a good bit about Burford is to google “hardman-Burford “ and click on some of the reports , the latest one covers our end of year . (Sorry on my phone so cant provide a link )

Two x 50k shares purchased after the Bell last night and Two x 163k shares tonight ? although on the face of it these might be sells ??? the first lot non price forming so maybe late reported ?
Just a normal days dealing or news pending ???

Also I mentioned the other day that I wasn't sure the protocol re the US listing ??/
will there be a lot of PR from Burford ? eg. Media. meetings with Institutions, capital markets day etc etc

Good on you I'm going to resist a while longer , as for Gladstone ??? don't get it myself but at just over 1% you could hardly suggest the shorts are having an effect on the sp don't you think ? They have clearly made a few pennies already so I don't see it as a big play anymore or am I wrong ?
Also there's red everywhere today it's not just BUR !!!

Well even I am finding this very strange atm , Surely we must be getting close to running out of nervous investors now???
I'm so tempted to add more and can't believe there are still some that will sell at these prices ! I'm already overweight here but don't want to be kicking myself in a few weeks for not taking advantage !

It is worth mentioning that as the US markets have bounced back rather better since covid than we have so I'm not so sure the Americans are leading us anywhere atm,,, In fact I wouldn't mind if they did fall before we join ! rather that than after ????
But that is only my take on it !

Just to be clear I have not made any price predictions or timelines going forward !!
And if your long in any share there will obviously be waves to ride but you would be a right numpty to think otherwise !!!
Shares go up and shares go down and you don' t need news for that to happen , one thing I will say is that once we are dual listed hopefully more shares will be held by sticky fingers so hopefully less day traders !
