Well having just watched the whole segment ( not just the clip) Yuri I think you are being a bit of a party pooper ??? Yes we understand it quite well but I think most are not so silly as put Burford into the predatory group of cheap no win no fee brigade !!
And CB made it very clear our win to loss margins are very high

For a while now I’ve suspected the delay re petersen must be due to negotiations for out of court settlement at last ???
But I wonder if so , what time restraint would be insisted on ?

Youonly given that Bogart seemed to promise this financial year is expected to be a good one our March year end results are less than six months away ???
I’m waiting with baited breath re petersen but as I’ve said so many times , we are so much more that this one case , now it’s f perersen is a massive success? Followed buy excellent results from elsewhere as well so much the better !!!!

I’d really like to see a few directors topping up right now as that’s well over £2.50 fall since the beginning of august but I guess it may not be allowed if news is pending ??? It’s a very low starting point if petersen news were to be announced soon !!!

It just hit me that this might be helpful when some get carried away thinking what burford will get from whatever is awarded re YPF ( sorry youonly) make sure you read all the possibilities on page 64 ( repsol equivalent ) mid point. etc etc and remember burford have asked for 8.5 billion and yes I know people bang on about interest but I'm not to sure that will come into play ???

Agree TWT but don’t rely on the ft as they’ve been ant Burford for quite some time now ! That said I imagine every man and his dog will be talking about us when we win the Petersen case and my biggest hope is Burford being able to “hint” that Petersen is not a one off ???? How cool would that be !

Look at burfords own projections and tell me it’s not possible. I don’t want a mass exodus if it’s 3 billion as it a hell of a lot of money ! ESP for the small investment made in the first place
