Completely agree , we are a class outfit operating outside of those concerns imo . Look at the pepper farmer on the 60 minute programme, we made a few quid yes but he was screwed without us and the opportunity through litigation.

Gtx we’ve had our differences so I’ve bitten my tongue many times but you can’t write that as a given when there are millions of possible explanations regarding those bonds ! Not least because $1 billion certainly would not be enough, especially if the numbers were anywhere near the numerous figures you’ve quoted here .

Many thanks renegade you are quite right to post especially for newbie’s as it’s something I’ve stopped doing so great that others do , I’m my defence I’ve become a little sanguine over the petersen case which I know is wrong given the enormity of it share price wise !!! Nothing changes though —- this is a fantastic investment even if an awful lot of patience is required,
Surely even if it is more can kicking we must hear something very soon ????

If the bond does have anything to do with us ? I personally think it more likely to be a down payment/instalment as I was lead to believe if they appeal they have to deposit the the full amount of whatever the award is ! Happy ( ish) to be corrected

Can’t imagine that being anywhere near enough to cover the award ???? Disappointing if it did imo

Me to renegade? It does seem the “ fairest “ way would be pre nyse opening as we will be open as well , but given it’s usually and hour before opening, that would still benefit us possibly??? I have wondered if trading will be temporarily suspended if it’s a court announcement?????

I like most here am grateful for Maril’s input especially as he seems to have access to more than we do ? But his are only opinions as are ours , I for one will be truly ecstatic when the petersen case is a thing of the past ! Whilst we are all waiting for news on this just a word of warning- the first bit of news will certainly cause a spike (either way) in the so , BUT it may only be temporary with more spikes to come , Nanoco taught me that and their shareholders have been in a similar position to us re the waiting for news ! Also the boars had hundreds of posts on this site ! I’m certain desperately hope I have a free day when it happens

In the unlikely event of a petersen loss -£6.50
But I agree with your 15 to 23 quid estimate so I’ll plump bang in the middle £19 with a steady annual increase from there onwards. Once petersen is out the way this will present plenty of opportunities to play a little don’t you think ?
