Standing back from this, we have one well pumping 11,000 barrels, and putting cash in the bank. We have a negotiation to be conducted with bondholders and we have some exploration potential. None of this needs a board of directors who seem uninterested and positively malign towards the company and its shareholders. as they add no value, what is their point? Fire the lot, replace the CFO, keep the CEO....and save us all the angst of watching them deliver negative value

I really hope you are right because we have been appallingly served by the Board here who have taken their salaries and fees and not done the job they are paid to do

TinTin's comments on the financing go straight to the heart of what is an incredibly complex web of debt . spvs, cross-holdings, etc...Supposedly this is H's area of expertise but he loves to put in place complex structures that no one can get to the bottom of. Even if the signing of funds has taken place, I doubt whether the monies will be in the bank a/c any time soon. And SB has made very valid points about out there in the real world, things, services, people need to be paid for.

Notwithstanding the bond - which ffs other companies in similar situations or even worse frankly have found absolutely no problem in refinancing and rescheduling their debt in a zero rate world. What are they competent to do this board? What is the CFO for? It is frankly utterly ludicrious

How can a business pumping this amount of cashflow have been so poorly served by its paid stwards. I hope CA sue them individually

The fact that we are all praying for POO to stay high and for the 90%k kitchen sink to be proven wrong tells you what a totla F+++ UP the Board has made of their stewardship. We have a Trappist CEO who has provided nothing tangible in the 7 months he has been there; a chairman who failed to rein in Dr T, but took the cash uyntil he panicked and now has run up the white flag and has done SFA to engage with shareholders; when CA is forced to make the statements it has that tells you how f------- useles they think he is; on top of that we have been adrift for over a yewar w/o a clue what the strategy is, no sense of any one gripping the wheel. It is a f------- disgraceful situation

At what price? And when......chances are this shower will do a deal with the bondholders which secures the freecashflow against the bond, then we get sold for a song....

Quoted spread of 6.6% with the market makers keen to reduce the bid. Doesnt fill me with any confidence sadly.
