This has for sometime had the whiff of a private venture dressed up as a public company where the milch cow is us equity holders, while the American style Chair&CEo treats the company as his own plaything to do what he will based on the notion that as the largest individual s/holder he can do what hell he likes.

Having played fast n loose with the legislation, been terrified into submission by aggressive US bondholders and been economical with the truth, the whole rotten cabal led by one of the most supine incompetent chairmen have witnessed in decades, is now facing some unpleasant consequences. Highly likely that each of them will be poring over their Directors & Officers Insurance. McTiernan should avoid the local pub imho

for the dire performance rather than rant as he has done in the past about disloyal institutional s/holders . And as for mentions about diversification, we have no idea how setting up Atome to develop hydrogen and ammonia is going to play out. On past form, it will be another black hole for s/holders cash. Hopefully Trafiguara can curb his Emperor complex, and help s/holders get properly rewarded

When I pop onto the President website and see this bull*** strapline it makes me bloody angry and sickened me: " Delivering Sustainable Value Growth in Latin America".

Our esteemed CHairman/CEO has destroyed shareholder value on any time period you care to use. I fail to see how people on here can think he is doing a good job!!! Just look at the facts!!!

I like to about trading exploits - triumphs and failures -it livens up things in between serious commercial chat about Andy and co. For my part, I had put these in both children's ISAs a while back in the hope that medtec would eventually get the recognition it deserves here. The confusion over what the Ethiopians meant or were meant to have said does raise the spectre of yet further delays to what many of us thought would be a shovel-ready project ages ago. It still beggars belief that the required funding has not been completed and funds transferred. The debacle of ANS and now the rumblings from the Ministry of Magic is rather disturbing imho. Funding is going to get pushed back to Sept at this rate at teh earliest meaning that HAA is likely to be facing a cash crunch.

...and god knows there are a lot to choose from! True to the macabre process of bankrupting the company despite the cashflow, I was amazed to see that Evercore had the bare-faced cheek to use the code name for this money-spinning project (for them at least)) as follows: Project-HavenEvercore@Evercore.com. presuambly that stands for safe haven (for the Board,, bondholders, Dentons, and Evercore)....The chairman should hang his head in shame - his reputation is shot to pieces. The Board's utter incompetence, negligence and failure to act appropriately on behalf of shareholders is an utter scandal.

The investor section of the website is a shambles. Still haven't updated it for appointment of new NEDs Messrs Taylor and Woodhouse , and Kevin d@Silva is still up there. And the news section has its last announcement up as appointment of Chamois on March 11th.

Equity markets look like they are starting to feel the strain of Federal Reserve's MMT intervwentions with the realisation that pumping an extra 25pc cash into circulation in the US economy in 12 months really is inflationary, and as markets are priced for perfection that doesnt bode well. Inflation is everywhere esp commodities and that should of course be seen to boost kefi's propspects....the trouble is that this is still very much a start up...not a single oz of CU or Ag has been mined; infrastructure is still to be built and H still is unable to close a deal for cash in an era of zero interest rates and a world awash with the stuff. I fear that the can is going to kicked down the road again, probably through to Sept given pending elections.... Sadly, I fear that H will come back with begging bowl.....Really is time that he actually delivered. At very least he should bring in a professional mining CEO and become non exec chairman.

Totally spot on.....ridiculous state of affairs. Having hosed us all with 2 billion shares for a company with a market cap of what £47m the market makers can move this at will and do. memo to Levine would read (1) No more ridiculous equity diluting raises (2) Look at doing a share consolidation (worked for Saga) so we can have a share price that at least looks sensible and reduces number of shares in issue. A one 1 for five or 1 for 4 would be a good start. (3) Reexplain the strategy because levine seems to be making it up as he goes along

Yes , I totally agree. After hosing investors with mega dilution, it is absolutely no surprise that Lifestyle Levine is not on many people's trusted trader list. When you have a company with 2 billion shares in issue, it is no wonder that market makers and investors are reluctant to commit themselves, and Levine for all his bullish talk has not delivered anything meaningful in share price appreciation because he has dilutes us all to hell over the years.

In absence of any solid news, this is gently deflating. Clear that some people are banking profits and moving on . Could easily head back to the last placing price - there seems a bit of volume today.

Results are actually tomorrow plus there is an analysts presentation, with CEO and FD giving presentation etc...I think the results should be good esp the online business, which is going gangbusters. Will be interesting to hear how the European businesses are faring. Either way, I expect a strong sp reaction.

After years of slog, the pieces are finally all coming together for Andy Newland, and having had a holding here for 3 years, my faith is finally starting to be paid. Hopefully the FDA will support the de novo application....

Positive news flowing from company but in terms of the parsotix kit, who manufactures the cassettes, and how does AGL manage the Quality control process to ensure that each cassette performs its function properly.

Am guessing this will blow past estimates, and see analysts raise them for current year. Fully expect strong reaction from share price as it has been treading water for a few months

Truly sickening

Actually the behaviour of the individual board members has made me feel physically nauseous. After 25 years of working in the City and corporate life I thought I'd seen it all, but this group of directors sums up our 'me me me' society: greedy, self-centred, pompous, insulated, self-congratulatory, craven, cowardly and amoral.
