I never really understand this share's performance.... perhaps someone can enlighten me ??

1. The figures look good and far better than when the broker identified a 9.5p target price a few months ago - yet don't result in them indicating a higher target. Why is this?

2. Every time there is a rise it is followed in short order by a retreat and we are now back to where we were a week ago. Is it people making a quick profit on a volatile stock? Or is there something more fundamantal?

3. If the figures are to be believed then a retrenching seems illogical. Doesn't it?

In my folly I have acquired quite a few shares here - around half a million - and remain in hope but with very little expectation.... Ah well!

Ap[proaching a 50% drop in share price over the last 2-3 months. yet the broker has restated its target price and we seem to have generally positive news. So what is happening? Is this spin? What are we not being told? Or is there some fundamentally iffy goings-on here? As a long-term holder of a significant quantity of shares I (like others) am pretty much stuck as I'm reluctant to crystalise a 75+% loss. But there is a lesson here about investing in promising sounding AIM stocks which I have learned that hard way !

As a simple soul, I fail to understand why we have seen a 6% drop in sp today when there is a sea of blue. Can anyone more versed in these things than me clarify?? This has been without doubt my worst investment, and it's a long way back before I break even. I am not holding my breath....

Almost the same with me - another 2p and I will be even again. Bought in low and then again on a dip after 2021 peaks but watched with gloom as the price then plummeted.

I do agree with many here that the fuundamentals look promising - I'd be happier if we had a government that for once got off the fence and committed to a UK SMR - as an ex nuclear bod myself I have seen how governments of the last 10 years have promised, dithered, retracted and then done nothing, and we are paying the price now for a lack of strategic vision on energy. A Rolls SMR at several sites is a sensible way forward, should generate overseas sales and reinforce the SP.... It will be an interesting 2023. Regards to all

What is happening to the share price today given the "good news". Something amiss clearly...

Looking at today's RNS, I must admit the figures are disturbing. That said, I never know whether low production - and then sales - are a dekel issue or whether it is an issue affecting all producers equally. Guess I should research this, but I've rather lost enthusiasm. In for quite a lot here at an average of 7p, so I feel rather bound to keep my fingers and toes crossed for better times ahead once cashews ramp up.

Some years ago we had an SMR competition. Several companies invested millions in round 1 with the government promise that 2-3 would be selected to go further. After this nothing happened. The government simply went silent on it. That is the pattern that the conservative government has taken since 2012 - promise then back away, move the goalposts or kick the can down the road. I really hope things will be different this time, but if past performance is any guide then I worry. That said, if they do go forward this time, and Putin has perhaps changed the mindset, then I think the RR SMR design is very likely to be one of the selected options as reliance on overseas designers and manufacturers is clearly a risk. Will they have the gumption and vision this time??

...but doesn't account for the 14% fall today. My main concern is around the corporate governance of dekel. Despite positive external conditions the company sp falls, and I am increasingly concrned about the murky governance. I will continue to hold but with real misgivings...

....and buys significantly more than sells this morning - yet the sp falls. What is it with Dekel? If it doesn't prosper under the current market conditions when will it? I'm in here quite heavily, but it is a source of constant bewilderment.....

Hmm, have to agree with you there Rugs. My Scottish Mortgage and Rolls shares have fallen off a cliff, and the less said about my India Capital Growth the better.... Perhaps there is something to be said at the moment for a share who's price never moves !

Yet a share price that remains static at best, unfortunately....

Any likelihood of a buy-out does anyone think? Or is DKL too small to make it worthwhile for a larger company? I do feel that's the only way we'll see a sp rise. If we get to 7p I'll think about cutting my losses....

PS; 7.9 would see me exactly level, so it's rather sad that I would see that as a cause for celebration after a few years' ownership of dekel, and averaging downwards several times at that....

If we get to 7.9 I shall be ecstatic LeM ! But 14p, with Dekel's history ??

Interesting - though, as ever with DKL, the sp seems to move without obvious drivers which then tend to emerge down the line.... But I really hope this is the turning point!

Well, sadly, the recommendation is either having no effect or a negative one as the price falls yet further. I have to say, I do regret investing here, but I have settled in for the long-haul....

Yes, I suspect a bit of profit-taking after the recent bounce. But hopefully when that's out of the way we'll see the price start to lift again

Optimistic Rugs, but I hope you are right! I have to say that I do find the Dekel website disappointing. Very little information - for example, cashew plant photos not updated since February; a one year old construction progress youtube video and so on. Would it be so difficult for them to be a little more proactive and informative? I'm sure it would help with investor confidence...

Yes, it doesn't make a lot of sense does it - such a large sale at this time. As a long-termer, I shall (again) grit my teeth and watch with hope if not confidence....

Yet the last couple of days have seen continual selling. The sp is holding up, despite this, but I do wonder if there is something behind it.....
