Nothing sadly. I think we have all been too badly burned by this company to even consider investing more. And given the debt burden it just isn't investable.

I would say another astonishing fall today. But it isn't is it? I think we long-suffering investors have to accept that we've pretty much lost the lot. I think it's game over here. A hard and very costly esson alas...

PS: to fully answer the question, I still hold the shares. All bought in the period you mention (and a few more afterwards I'm afraid)

Sadly, I bought around 43,000 shares over that period - average at around £1.27.

We do seem to see a lot of volatility here - up a couple of percent one day and down the next. Donald not helping, of course, but the share price can't quite make its mind up which way to go. I've added a few more; surely Greggs is one of the safe haven shares at the moment.

Sadly, my average was over £1.20 so this has been a very painful journey. At least I have a few rolls shares to help mitigate the heavy loss. Well done to those who got in around the 20p mark - I am, of course, deeply envious !

I am in exactly the same situation as you DB - same level of loss (and my unhappy Wood Group experience shows that anything I invest in is to be avoided !). I am hanging on simply because there is so little left that it seems pointless to try to sell. I have no expectation of seeing my money again. That said, I distinctly remember, when aged about 5, seeing Father Christmas fly over Wilson's grocer's shop on Christmas eve. So perhaps a miracle could occur???

As someone who sadly has a large holding at an average of over 120p I watch the saga unfolding with despair and buyer's remorse. What I can't quite get my head around is the current price staying so far below the 30p figure. Does this mean that many are sceptical about the Sidara buy-out and also, then, the viability of WG? Otherwise I'd have thought the share price would be at least 30% higher. I am certainly not investing more here, even if there is a potential upside - lesson learned the hard way alas....

Is anyone seriously surprised? This has been, and will remain, an unmitigated disaster of an investment.

Well this is probably my worst investment - though as I am heavily into Wood Group (suspended with who knows what outcome) and Zinnwald, it's questionable which of my errors of judgement is the worst.

And your own "slip" - to "warm" others. Sadly I am left very cold by what has happened to this company which I invested in with high hopes of sustainable, ethical and fruitful palm oil production!

I don't want to distress everyone here, but I too have just added a chunk before closing. Given that my recent track record includes calamitous investments in Wood group, Zinnwald and DKL you may all legitimately now fear a total collapse in Ilika's share price as well ! Hopefully my fortune must turn at some point.....

I'd be delighted if you were correct Bmeister, but the evidence with DKL is that we are in a death spiral, despite the CPO price having risen over the last few years. As several have mentioned, those of us sitting on a 90-95% loss are not encouraged by a 1 or 2% rise in share price which is then followed by another 10% fall. At least I have a few Rolls Royce shares to comfort me.

I feel that I should take full responsibility for this rise. After a few years of no return, I lost patience and sold half my shares a few days ago at 1150. This, inevitably, prompted an immediate rise in the share price. Don't worry - I won't now buy more and thus precipitate an immediate fall......

I had thought S&N had finally broken out of the 100-1100 rut when it rose to 1150 last week. But here we are again back below 1100 - altitude sickness seems to afflict this company alas. Any idea what is holding the price down every time it seems to be breaking out?

Well I have certainly learned a lot of lessons though my misguided investment here. Don't listen to share tips; don't think that averaging down works; don't consider an AIM investment where standards of governance are so slack; don't believe "independent" broker valuations; don't believe RNSs; don't believe the puff pieces put out by executive directors; and don't believe that things will get better eventually.

I blame myself for lack of due diligence on my investment. Those long ago days of an apparently vibrant company committed to growing a sustainable and RSPO certified palm oil production all ring so hollow and false don't they?

Minus 15% on the day as I write. I have no expectations of seeing my money again, to be frank. It would be laughable if I wasn't sitting on a loss of around £30k. Perhaps I should take solace and comfort in knowing that my money has helped to keep the Board fed and watered. Will DKL still exist in a year's time?

Well, I see that the offer had closed even before my notification came in. Interesting timing...

Just been notified of this "offer" via interactive investor. The answer is a categorical NO. I feel that I would be throwing good money away on a share that has sunk by 70% since I purchased. So no more....
