With ref to your post on Wednesday. I don't think we will see Directors buying at this price yet. Last July the CEO & CFO were granted Options (subject to performance criteria at year end 2012, 2013 & 2014) exercisable at a share price of just 1.31p (30% of which, around 6.3m shares in total will vest in July 2012)

In my waking hours I am also swaying towards the possibility that some person(s) is perhaps offloading a large holding after expecting better interims and it's taking time to flush through. I seem to remember that happened last spring when the share dived after a large investor decided to bail out as they had expected quicker results. If so, rot should eventually stop and s/p rise as it should have. All the broker forecasts I have checked out seem to indicate the share is currently undervalued.

I too have slept on it and come to the conclusion that perhaps were all missing something more fundamental. Turnover and revenue are up significantly, but what matters of course to shareholders and prospective shareholders is PROFIT which is still fairly minimal (albeit up on last year) and the costs of running the business have obviously taken their toll over the last year.

Let's hope that you are right with your last post Optimist (though not about the conspiracy theory). Well I'm hanging in there, I've done a year with this share and I always said I was in for the long haul. Mind you, my divorce was a less rocky ride than this one:)

Just spoken to iii Apparently the Buy/Sell indicator is not definitive, more an indication based on mid-market price of stock. Clear as mud now :)

Recent big buys on LSE seem to be showing as sells on iii ?

......of these 'cut price' shares today. At 1.62p they are well below their true value IMHO Haven't seen any forecasts of likely profit, but I'm going with my gut feeling on this one. GL

Yes, although bad luck can be put down to some of the fall IMHO. Poor weather Dec '10 caused a real dent in sales at what is normally their busiest time, relatively large shareholder bailed out this year as they were expecting quicker growth which also didn't help and of course, we shouldn't underestimate the effect the downturn in Western economies has had over the last couple of years as people's duscretionary spending is squeezed. Mancheser office also closed this year and relocated to Marlow. So,all in all I am not too concerned. Directors all bought heavily and Peter Jones increased his stake this year. These are all very clever men, they are not going to stump up cash to back a dog. We're all looking sometimes for that 'quick profit' but this ones a gem waiting to sparkle. Get your money in now, don't wait for the gate to open :) Good luck all

Hi All, we're very quiet on this one of late. Was anyone out there at the AGM last week and could share the thoughts of the board/investors as far as outlook for the next year?

Well the AGM is set for Thursday, let's hope for some good news and indication of trading so we can see this one lift on some (hopefully) good interims due out towards the end of 2011. GL

Share price down 5% as I write, but panic ye not. World markets are down by a similar amount (or more) today after more weak data and some XPS buyers will no doubt be taking profit. I was expecting worse, so I'm not too phased. Good luck to the faithfull :)

Wow ! Seems people are actually finally catching on to this one now that some good news has been filtering through recently. I am very excited about this share and have increased my position (which I wish I had the nerve to do when it plunged to 1p last month !! With more contracts undoubtedly on the way and hopefully some good interims later this year this one can only get better. Nice to see a sea of blue today, just need some institutional buyers who see the long term value to join the buying.

Good new released to the markets this morning about the deal with AIPTEK. Normally would increase share price, unfortunate timing though with the state of the markets, so will be interesting to see what happens. Interesting times ahead ;)

This baby is going to rise a fall like the preverbial fiddler's elbow until some more good news appears. It's fun to see the lemmings buy and sell with the crowd, but keeps things interesting to say the least. It would have been naive of us all to expect yesterdays spectacular rise to continue in the short term, but rest assured, the directors will want to exercise their options in the future at the ludicrously cheap values quoted, so I am confident they will deliver the performance, and reward the faithfull :)

Hey manolo1975. Don't you worry about the ISM manufacturing index me old flower. When times are hard, people always find money for food, booze, fags and a mobile phone! Judging by the rate at which my kids seem to break their phones, their purchasing power alone should keep XPS shares up! .....lol

This stock has been unloved and undervalued for too long, nice to see it has just broken back through the 2p mark. Just bought some more now that the Yanks look like they are sorting themselves out. Lovely to see a field of blue buys today, and the sun is shining.......nice :)

The 'get rich quick' boys are in town, that's what's going on :) Not me though, if the directors are buying then I'm staying with the party.
