You may remember I posted a paragraph about Pioneer AI Foundry on Friday. Note that TAO Alpha PLC were also mentioned alongside Cykel. TAO Alpha shares have just risen by 25% on the risers board today 😉

Morning TWK. Feeling good this week. Had a great great ride-out on a Triumph Bonneville at the weekend, which put a big smile on my face.

Hoping that last weeks terrific (and long overdue) rise in the share price will continue and that we’ve appeared on a few more folks radars.

Things seem to be moving at a pace now, I have the feeling that there’s so much more we don’t know about which is going on in the background and it will be a case of when and not if this share really takes off. Glad I invested and stayed the course :)

Trying to understand the significance of the late RNS, if any ?

On researching it states that:

‘ The notification shows that Pioneer AI Foundry Inc controls the voting rights held by Crowdform Limited. The filing does not disclose Crowdform’s previous stake in Cykel AI before crossing the reporting threshold’

So as I understand it, there hasn’t been an acquisition or disposal of shares, just a change in who controls the voting rights.

What a great day here today. Bring on next week; we’re gaining lots of exposure now, new buyers will have undoubtedly seen us on the riser board this week.

Hi LL. Just a humble private investor. I tend to read a lot about a share before investing and I’m not afraid to say that I listen to others more investor savvy than I and then invest when I feel it’s right. I tend to invest for the long term though, so I’m not bothered with short term niggles. I’ve made mistakes along the journey and try and learn from them !
