The price has been dropping as a majority of investors have started to believe the end could be still several years away. Personally, I very much doubt that. I would think the end will come within the next 18-24 months (at the outermost), and today's news adds to that feeling. A big win the US swollen by a hefty multiple for willful will start the settlement negotiations in earnest. Many cases appear to settle once the trial result is out. A time frame of 18-24 months will also bring many more commercial opportunities to the fore so, all risks considered, I am very happy to wait it out.

I have bought in here today. I fancy the prospects of the BTR sector to do well over the long term.
