The half full scenario is precisely that the company does not go bust! It is certainly not half empty to suggest it will survive with large dilution. Rationally, I think that this will occur is reasonably obvious, but you never know. The price has dropped because some investors will have bailed out. The investment opportunity is whether you think it will rise again on the news, but who knows what it will cost? I would prefer to wait and see now.

firstly l don't think a director would lend money to a company about to go under and secondly it could well be connected to this statement from the June 30th prelims. -------------------------------- I'm sorry but the maths don't add up. KB is either loaning capital to save his long term investment when it is sh or bust time for the company, or he is motivated by other philanthropic factors. If it survives then it would be a nice legacy to have on one's CV.

And you ask why would KB lend money to a company if it was about to go under? Could it be that if it does not then has got even more to lose!! The idea KB is now the chief financier is grim and sign of the near death dilution to come. Ask yourself how else a huge loss making business can even dream of buying a profitable one!
