Growerson / Cd where are you looking? I found parts of the FDA site to be woefully out of date and no hits when I tried searching against the company on the 510(k)...? It wasnt an easy website to bavigate.

The snack market is worth £100bn and they could get a major piece of that with microsalt. And there is also the low sodium food ingedient market - the brower they have signed up is working those channels.

They have positioned themselves to make a grab for all the promising bits of university developed IP. It's a platform arrangement.

I think it probably is under the radar for now. I only took a peek myself because Philbatch mentioned it, so I am thanking him. FDA approval for Bellascura will give it a huge boost and I think this will happen very soon. The recent regulatory change is fully supportive of that hope and this will be absolutely critical to this going forward both in terms of that company and TEK visibility amongst the investor community. .......... And who doesn't buying big name brand salty snacks?

I would never do that. I would always just buy when it is small cap. After all, what's half a pence on a (today) £14m share valuation? And how would you feel if the FDA approval dropped? It is only an incremental difference compared to a world of potential opportunity ....? Thta's the risk with these smaller companies - they move fast! And this one has a Covid-19 angle (Bellascura)

Yes, I think so too as they also said H1 2020, but I am only 'cautiously optimistic' about this because the company did say it would be happening in 2019 originally. However, things have certainly changed / grown in importance and so I believe it must be 'imminent' now ;-)

Honestly, you ought to just sell WSG if you have no faith in it, especially if it is a straight choice of where to put your money between that and this. How can you actually be sure WSG will ever get to 15p anyhow...?

Slightly finger in air stuff but due to the uniqur propositon it brings to market in a rapidly growing market (even without Covid 19) Belascura could easily be worth £100-200m at float, and conceivably quite a bit more. That would net £20m to £40m cash into the coffers for TEK, significantly de risking this business as a whole and removing any future risk of dilution. That would be reflected in a share price of approx. 50p overnight. It all hinges on FDA approval but I have seen no suggestion that this is unlikely to be forthcoming, and it is expected to be happening in June.

Personally, I am actually more interested by 91.7% stake in Salarius Ltd. because it appears money is already coming in from sales and its essentially a Covid-19 weatherproof business (and the market is actually bei g enhanced by the virus) as people sit around in the homes all day chomping on salty snacks - and there is regulatory pressure too (see Mecivo).
Big American brands are trialling and Pepsico have been interested in this technology for a long time. They are doing very well on their snack sales at present -

Morning Philbatch. I thought this would be a total basket case when you first mentioned it but I had a long and thorough look into. Certain aspects of this business are really very impressive - the management is particularly strong with diversified interests and money coming in. I really like the busineas actually so thanks for the tip. I have a fairly decent holding now and trying to resist the urge not to plough more in in these markets. I do know something you can do to find some of those funds...!
