It's all about the crisps. Had a bag of Walkers and dammit if they aren't much saltier than other brands. They need to sort this out.

Like others I have a few concerns over credibility when dates keep getting missed. The news probably could have been released sooner and so that reduces my trust in what the Board are saying going forward. That's a shame because I had discounted any short term value from Belluscura but now it has a negative impact on Salarius! Why do they need parts anyway if the FDA approval only relates to an instruction manual? Also, if the approval date ia second 2 weeks of November why not say that in the RNS? But if that timeframe is true then it does give me a little confidence things have been communicated that way by the FDA

Yes absolutely, I expect the revenue will be poor to non-existent, but as you say the forward looking statement will hopefully provide some more detail on all the many many things going on, as there definitely is plenty of stuff happening.

OK, when are the interim results coming out?

There is a gigantic market in remote / off-grid power solutions for anyone that can combine even the standard level solar of today with modern effective battery storage. If you look closely Verditek has all the bits in place to make this happen - Softmetal Inc. and ENRGI are two key alliances (and later, Graphene PV with Paragraf). I am expecting exciting news out of India in the coming weeks as there are substantial Government grants for renewable energy upgrades which are only available this financial year. The energy costs are by far the biggest costs component in relation to the Tower Co business. Rest assured I have done my homework on this.

In case anyone missed the point of my last post, on 28 January 2020 VDTK announced "a framework agreement with XNRGI, our next generation lithium metal battery partner, to develop our manufacturing capacity to deliver commercial packages in India"

On march 16th XNRGi then announced it had set up a 240 MWh lithium battery factory in Gurugram, India, which is designed to revolutionise the industry in terms of providing a lightweight, high operating temperature and high storage capacity battery for next generation applications.

We are also told the Gurugram factory is "rapidly ramping up its sales", and it specifically mentions telecomms tower uninterrupted power systems. VDTK being involved in those sales and stated need to develop its manufacturing capacity as part of the Framework agreement (above) would also seem to tie in with the opening of the Portugal factory lines as announced on 27 April this year.

So, 2+2 = 4.
My bet is that commercial sales orders will be confirmed shortly.

You stated correctly hookumhall. Snacks is the very big market ($100bn), and that is where the main advanatge lies. The low sodium food ingredient market is rather smaller in size (about $2bn I think).

I've said it before and will say it again. The Pepsico interest is really encouraging as for a long time they have shown a corporate desire to take up exactly this type of salt reduction offering. And if it works, then why would they not want to licence it? The fundamental thing to remember here is that the company has launched a snack brand of its own. This may sell very badly - I expect it will do badly as it is very hard to establish a new food brand with consumers. But that's because there is immense power and customer loyalty in the very salty taste of the snacks produced by these bigger brands (it is a $100bn market dominated by them). But actual shops sales of Salt Me! is totally besides the point IMO. The only important thing is that there is an actual marketable product, which tastes pretty good apparently, so it is proof of concept. If there is any delay in take up it will be because the snack cos will be messing around with the formula - salt granule size and flavourings - and since this testing has been ongoing for some time now there must be deals very close.

Verditek is currently plugging the telecomms towers on Twitter in which case this development in India looks mighty promising:-
