I suspect that the faster it goes up, the less stock becomes available as shareholders are less willing to sell. I'm hoping for another gap up today.

I think many of us on here can share your experience. Too embarrassed to share mine! I chronically f it up on this as well.

I am by no means a day trader. Although in my younger days (im 47), I did have a short career on trading floor.

I saw weak price action this morning and with no prospect of a pending PLT announcement, I thought I may sell to buy back a bit cheaper. Shave 2-3p off the overall book price. I think Im about 51p average.

That's the problem with value investors, we buy too early, and sell too quickly!

I think we just had a big bath on revenues. That means, they took the hit to set it up for a stabilisation in top line.

Wouldn’t be surprised if we get KM licensing deal at next results. Apparently they had a career fair at Burnley. Post Golden Quarter, that place is definitely closing.

The pay deal would have passed the EGM regardless of Frasers or ISS.

It may be a tad generous but it is aligned to my self interest as shareholder.

An EGM on pay would be an unnecessary distraction attracting more Telegraph articles.

The insiders are buying. That’s the news story.

It’s simple:

1) yes they should have gone to shareholders to ratify Dan’s package;

2) will shareholders begrudge Dan a big pay day if he gets this to £3? Nope. This actually seems like a reasonably well constructed incentive pay deal based on share price with a watermark based on Dan’s tenure start date.

3) would Frasers have voted against it: yes

4) would ISS and Glass recommend as vote against: probably based on last AGM.

5) does Boohoo need shareholder consent: no

6) would this EGM be a distraction and possibly weigh on share price: yes

The fact is, Kamani is elected to Board though Due Process. I didn’t vote for him and believe there is a corp gov discount. However, let move on and focus on what is actually a credible plan to get the share price up.

I think it is fair to say that the PLT deal is not happening this year. Still reassured to see directors are buying at these levels. Carol appeared to have made a shrewd buy in the low teens, she is still buying at this level. Yes directors do get it wrong, but insider buying shows confidence that they believe business is undervalued.

They think the business is capable of £40m in FCF that’s how they get to £1bn.

Burnley is worth £30-40m and they conservatively expect £100m for PLT. However, this gets them to net cash and removes interest burden.

There has been no insider activity after these results.

If directors had pending inside information which could materially move a share price, they would be prevented from buying or selling under market abuse rules.

The lack of free float may squeeze this higher. Fundamentally undervalued.

Burnley is conservatively worth 5p a share. Developments over weekend show this will most likely be offloaded next year and balance sheet and cash costs significantly improve. Sell side is behind curve.

Yes agree Bfd. I have no knowledge of commercial property but £70m implies a sales price of £38.20 a sq ft. Seems too low.

So the P&L showed a non-cash profit of £35.4m related to Daventry lease termination.

I stand corrected. However, FCF still improved. We don’t double count it.

Was there a negative cash flow of £34m related to ending lease early? That’s how I read it.
