I've thought about doing the same but am suffering from too may set backs with RKH. Wish you well with your strategy Much but this PMO deal doesn't appear to be going through (Subject to shareholder approval in the NY) until Q2 next year. Are you happy to commit further funds at this stage? Knowing the history of these companies I expect a few twists and turns before then!

Makes me wonder why TD did that interview recently with Malcy. I own a few PMO shares which will probably never recover. Can't imagine how PMO long term holders feel at the moment.

Finally we get a reprieve from the continual daily chipping away of the share price. More than 20M shares traded in over 1k trades. Daily posts here over 100. Not been like this for a long time. SP holding up above 30% can't be bad. Shows there is still an apatite for this share. With the potential for more news in the coming weeks, could we finally be turning a corner? Lets hope the RKH BOD now step up to the mark and make sure we remain players in this long game.

Thanks for the reply Marunam2. I note that the expected merger date is expected to be Q2 21. Navitas has until Apr 21 to sign as I understand it. Would it now be a fair assumption that the planned Q4 signing (or not) will push out to 2021?

Is today's news likely to delay the Navitas signing? I expect they will now have to review PMOs position before committing.

We have now entered Q4 which is when Navitas have been reported to hopefully come on board. With PMO suspending Sea Lion recently, I can see this as another date that will pass us by. Why would they throw themselves into a deal that is currently suspended?

Day by day, the share price is slowly being eroded. As the daily volume is very small I can only guess that this is due to people giving up. Any wiff of OM news will hopefully send the price soaring to at least double digits. Can't be too long now, surely?

The trouble is Earl, a lot of us read all of the previous RNSs and 'bought in', only to watch our investments drip away. Based on that, why would the latest RNS be any different?

Looks like someone is spending their pocket money over at ARG - amongst the very small volumes traded, 2 shares bought for 5p. Wonder what the dealing cost was?

Guess someone wasn't impressed with yesterday's report and/or PMO rumours judging by the recent sells.

Circa £4,400 worth of ARG shares traded today and its down 16%, really?

I thought all of the small ,100 share trades were the result of Algos trading. Checking on LSE for todays trades and they all seem to be AT or off book trades. Strange all the same but I doubt anything sinister is going on.

A few more trades than usual today yet many were only for <100 shares. Nice to be blue for a change though.

Cyan, I too picked up on the investment caution with respect to the free cash flow. Whilst at face value it didn't sound good, it doesn't mean SL could be funded by other means. After all, if PMOs plans go well their debt will significantly reduce. This could leave room to pave the way for SL. Lets also not forget that FIG might not be too keen to renew licences to companies that are holding their prize asset in the long grass. Hopefully we will get news on OM award soon to ensure we stay in the game.

Very odd that Sea Lion was barely mentioned during this interview that you can find on Youtube.

I read on the PMO board that Malcy is interviewing TD today. I'm sure he will raise the Sea Lion project during this.

"Consideration Shares held by Rockhopper in United are subject to certain lock-up and orderly market disposal provisions for a period of up to 12 months from completion."

I missed the 'up to' bit so not surprised we've sold up. Could be a good move but only time will tell.

UOG couldn't afford to pay cash for our asset therefore an agreement was made to pay the difference in shares. There was a clause preventing the sale of these shares which if I remember correctly was 12 months (is it 12 months already?!!). If we've just left the period that we couldn't sell then it doesn't surprise me that we sold. After all, we would have taken the whole amount in cash if it had been offered at the time. I'm not reading too much into the sale, cash is king at the moment.
