Evening all. Interested to gain PMO followers thoughts on RKHs recent RNS detailing the extension to allow Navitas to farm into Sealion? Obviously RKH are still keen to make progress. Surely the project is becoming more attractive with each $ rise in the oil price. FI could become the jewel in the merged companies crown.

Brent currently over $49. Think we will be over 50 soon, and that's before the economy is fully back up and running.

Well, a RKH 'imminent' is around 4-6 months so who knows what 'soon' work out at!

Would need in excess of £100M net to RKH to stand a chance. Profit taking on the way up would affct this.

n1shares, would be interested to know why you think we may get news on the arbitration by year end (or just a gut feeling)? The only news currently on the RKH timetable is for the Navitas signing or walking by 31 Dec. Obviously I'd like both for Christmas but either would do during this drought.

Just watched an interesting program on C4 demonstrating how environmentally un-friendly the internet actually is. Its already equally as bad as air travel. With the internet sapping so much power (especially when streaming) and big data banks using ever more, how will the grid cope when we all plug our cars into the grid?!! I think Rishi should be thinking about taking streaming per GB as opposed to taxing the miles we drive. Think oil may be around longer than we really want.

If Navitas come on board over the coming weeks then SL will look more likely to go ahead just as oil prices start to recover. A massive asset on the books with the potential of further oil and gas development.

And all of that before you factor in Sea Lion..........

We should be so lucky. If such a deal were to go through we'd be diluted in a share offer as we did going from DES to FOGL to RKH.
