Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Reading their quote as posted by courtier sounds as though the change of Governance was voluntary - I thought it was due to immediate pending legislation regarding 3rd party control. See RNS of 1st Oct.
Could this be the start? I think so. Looking forward to "the word spreading" so am definitely holding for the medium term, whereas before it was for the long term. But, folks, don't listen to me as what do I know? DYOR and GLA.
I/We need more than a ramper - now want news re orders, contracts, volumes, news and financial impacts. A Q1 statement at the end of this month would do. In other words "an official ramping statement"! The last statement was relatively positive, but, not much encouragement for investors. Update re China ?
Perhaps it was hidden in the "Interim Management Statement"........
Does anybody have any information as to when the results are due? Looked at the Financial Diary above and I must have missed the "Drilling Report" in February !!
All information concerning the AGM tomorrow is in the RNS issued 3 April as shown above in the "ARM RNS" icon.
Quarterly dividend has now appeared - must have been lost somewhere between Canada and my Broker !! So that is not the problem with the SP - so what is the problem?
Perhaps it is due to the non-payment of the quarterly dividend that was supposed to be paid on the 12th of April as per the note in the "YAU Financial Diary" above. Does anyone have any views ? Or news ?
Why the drops? Previous good news - plus increasing dividends - strong cashflow - just this board is the "quiet board" on LSE. Does anyone out there have any ideas as to what is going on?
With directors selling, should we ? If you believe the text books, we should. But........with all the positive signs of market share, will Intel make significant in-roads. What do you experts think?
Congratulations - you are creating one of the rare events that stops me from reading my Sunday newspaper. Your research and postings I find to be truly informative. I too would welcome a smaller iPad and the integration of MacOS X with iOS into a Macbook Pro or similar to bring greater functionality into my everyday worklife. Please keep us informed as you appear to have an extremely close contact/source to tweak out well informed speculation that keeps us "watching this space".
I belive the answers you seek will be revealed if you click on the little diary above labelled "ARM Financial Diary".
If the interim dividend is £0.46 then I'm booking my Business Class Around the World airfare !
I think fatty is a bit biased. I have been in a long time from "Friends" days and am in a good profit - helped by my taking up the OO some time ago. Those who did not take up the offer suffered a dilution- and the amount of whining that folowed.......! DYOR research and make your own decisions. The "buy back" has been well publicised together with a desire expressed to return shareholder value from the excess cash held - I am still waiting for that!
But I have lost so much money here my shares are virtually worthless. So on the basis that I have very little to lose - and they were doing a good job until they backed Northern Rock at the time of the Financial Crisis - I believe it is worth a "punt" on the new "set up" on the basis they may have learnt some lessons and gone back to basics to promote steady growth. There appears to be some good news in the investment markets with stocks being at a low price when many have shown strength in the fundementals, so DYOR and make your choice. But as I said this will be a "punt" - can you afford to lose what you have? The new shares will not be traded on the markets until such time as they decide to go for a listing, or not.
........ so, get out then. Bye bye
