lays customer services phoned me today to advise the great news that shares would be allocated possibly Thursday coming. I asked what about my complaint that they are a week behind almost every other platform to be told it will be looked into and expect an update from the complaints team, in 6/8 WEEKS. I asked why so long to be told they have a lot of complaints to deal with. well well. Anyway anyone with Barclays, Kevin on customer services has said if any customers wish to complain they can phone him. apparently, if customers don't complain now, nothing will be done about future process and delivery methods and this will continue to be the way business is done.
