alfa - the vionx leasing package is I feel sure a vendor finance partnership with siemens finance, either disclosed or undisclosed on all the leasing documentation but entirely sensible as Siemens will handle the credit assessment, finanance, balance sheet capital adequacy and any default and recovery process, and vionx will handle the sale of batteries and bundled leasing finance to the end user. If BMN get into electrolyte leasing, this is the model they should use. BMN would most probably sell the electrolyte to the end user, the end user would simultaneously sell the electrolyte or the battery and electrolyte to Siemens or whoever the provider is, and also sign a lease to rent the electrolyte (and battery ) back from Siemens on a sale and leaseback structure. I see Siemens are a badged partner on the vionx website.

if you see my post history you will see I have been waiting for another investment to turn to cash which it has now done, so I am now recycling into bmn. only regret is I missed the 18/20p window. my view is its right to invest as much as I can now as the risk/reward is so skewed towards reward its ridiculous. good luck with your investment.

aha! commenting on the warrants thread led me to believe your comment related to warrants. no prob.

pdub the exercise of a warrant doesn't in itself mean shares have been sold, it could simply be the holder has decided to become a shareholder. granted, it probably indicates preselling has been taking place but if the holder wants out and takes a profit, the company gets some cash and you and I get an opportunity to top up. On a rising share its all good in my opinion. gla

think of it a a voucher which says you can buy x no of shares at a fixed price of y between now and date of expiry. it represents an opportunity but not an obligation to buy.gla

80085 about 10am uk time 2495 and another 80085 at 2395 a few minutes ago. buy price jumped to 2410 immediately and whilst I was waiting to see if it would drop back it went to 2440. decided to keep cash for now until they try it on again. gla

this could be as simple as declaring that net profit before tax will be allocated say 25% reserves, 25% share buyback 25% dividends and 25% discretionary

I have only done 1 buy £18426 incl fees. I don't use L2 so cant see anything yet on trades. MM probably trying to hold the price down by putting in a contra which will reverse out later. otherwise they have just cocked up. gla

it would make our shares more accessable to SA investors including funds that seek to track the JSX index. It could open up local investment and finance opportunities. it also means our shares would be market open for another hour due to time differences. Our marketcap would increase if more shares are in issue and the price holds up.

I wonder if the AGM request to issue more shares is to enable an IPO on JSX, with the cash raised then used for sojitz and mokpane.

Timing could be after the HY18 results, after the licence is granted and after further increases in V prices as China regulations really get going.
