Just been out fishing for a few hours on my carp lake, still watching and accumulating but i dont announce buys any more as the admins said they would ban me for whatever reason they could dream up.

very solid business being built here and I have a few quid set aside for the next dip. gla

I have been quietly adding on a daily basis but rarely posting up my buys as I keep getting banned by admin for quoting the prices and pointing out red buys. This last few weeks has been another unexpected bonus opportunity to accumulate. gla

aisee - I believe the government will get stronger as time passes. other than that the case for vanadium is a compelling one and BMN have the ability to grow at good profit margins. cash flow is strong, debt nil, warrants nil, it could be worse.gla

hhowlett - welcome to the board. a number of the investors in BMN are resident in SA, and feedback is Ramaphosa is well regarded and is taking the right action against the corruption. Eskom will be well funded to ensure they can deliver the BESS plan. Bmn have the world bank, IDC and the government on their side, and SA investors waiting to join the upcoming listing on JSE. Income is still in USD and dominated by exports to steel producers around the world. profit margins are solid, costs contained and all in all I am comfortable with my investment. gla

by and large we are preaching to the converted, and battling the non believers, but the big win should come when those on the outside have a shiny set of profitable debt free accounts to look at, and investors roadshows to publicise the performance. we will also have a bankable credit rating meaning debt if required should be simple and cheap. once China masters its rebar overview, and the company moves its production levels up, we should be set fair for the upturn we expect.gla

The Registrar of Labour Relations is threatening to deregister the militant AMCU union.
‘The AMCU union has ceased to function in terms of its constitution and is not a genuine trade union as envisaged in the act’
The AMCU union has violated its own rules by not holding a national congress for more than 5 years which means the senior officials have not been elected as they should have been.
This is a victory for the NUM which was formerly run by Cyril Ramaphosa. A number of Gold and platinum mining companies will breathe a major sigh of relief.
This is great news for AngloGold and also for Sibanye Stillwater and its takeover of Lonmin. This is also a good day for South Africa.
