agreed. often, shares are taken when there is no cash available and is a warning sign, but in ATM case we know they have a newly agreed bank facility and have just shipped their maiden tin output, so credit to the management here they are all pulling in the same direction.

although most investors who post on here recognise the perpetually negative approach by exp, I think we owe him a bit of thanks as every time he come out with a negative, it is invariably countered with factual replies, which I for one have learnt a great deal, on subjects that otherwise may not have been discussed at all. I am not a scientist or engineer, or living in Africa, or watching shipping logs, or daily V prices, but as long as we recognise exp BS for what it is, this flow of info is useful to people like me and to new investors looking in. the answer is the ratings are kept under constant review by the agencies. but only changes are announced. some countries have had the same rating for 5 years or more.

James SA is BB+, the four you quote are weaker at BB, Of course other credit rating agencies do exist. gla
