$40m Net Profit ? Exactly my point. To achieve that the Company will basically be a New Copl. Whatever current Shareholders Percentage is at present imo will pay little in the NEW Copl. Hence story’s of 20/30/40/50/80p equivalent and 23 Bagging from here simply will not happen.

As for each Well at FD flowing at 2000bopd imo is not realistic. Wells have been known to flow at this Rate initially but do settle down at a much lower figure. So I do not agree with your Net Profit per M Figs. But if it happens I will say well done.

You’ve given an optimum figure. It never goes like that ; just the same as Probable Reserves to Proven Reserves.

You paid for the development.

How ? Whilst you were buying. They were selling. That’s what’s happening now. SP 4p. Who’s buying ? People with knowledge ? Or people taking a punt or averaging yet further down ??

According to Tilburn the money is going to come from all Quarters. Or many options.

What it fails to mention is the fact that if money was going to come in at no cost to Shareholders via further dilution to current SP and only make the SP accretive. Make the SP 1/2/3/10/20 Bag from here (Mr T makes no offer on SP reaction so I will give my opinion). Then we would not be at 4p now would we ???

The money men would be buying now at 4p (Previously 6p and 16p etc) as they would know this would 1/2/3/10/20 bag ? So they would want a piece. It won’t be as easy as laid out.

Be careful on here. I can see a massive dilution coming to existing Shareholders as we have seen with the Bonds. And this is only the start.

Art is running a Company for the benefit of himself and his family. Not for Shareholders. You’ve seen what he has done to Long Term Shareholders. Over 90% down and those who bought at 6p are now 30% down on that. The Market is diluting the Shareholder faster and faster.

I will wait until the money comes in for long term development and after the 1:1000 consolidation. That’s when the new cycle will begin.

Firstly we need to submit full year Accounts showing we make Profit on 3/4/5000 before you talk of 20p !! Add up the Bonds. It’s more debt. Much more than before.

We couldn’t make profit on 2000bopd at record prices !! But things can turn obvs.

I certainly never valued this at £10 lol. Crikey. When I said this could get to 9p by end of 2023 I got told off for deramping lol on a 50% rise.

I am going to remain positive and say the work rendered will allow positive news flow on production H2. It has to otherwise it’s a fire sale of the entire company. We have no liquidity. Current SP is purely based on that imo. Fix that and SP rises because the field is defo long life imo.

We have very little liquidity. Low Production (All time low). Over £50m in debt. No production guidance for 2023 due to outcome of work unknown. If Art can achieve 3/4/5000bopd after this work - Then SP can double to 8p imo. But it has to go right. And 8p is still 100% down on 6 month ago.

We shall see.
