Art continues to refuse to offer production guidance over forthcoming months. So you pay your money, you take a chance. At current production rates they are burning cash.

It was a fear of mine. How would it work if you screened everyone with blood Test and knew you had the default gene ? If no effective Treatment then it is a bit of a Taboo subject re if the Test would be accepted or not. Immune boosting injections and effective treatment has to follow. This article is good news. For Example. HL Nominee Accounts held 17.6 percent. Absolutely that will have changed. It may be up. It may be down. But I guarantee it will not be exactly the same. So I’d like to know. To see if accumulations are happening as time marches on.

Also if Martin Lang is on 9.03 percent. And there was a TR-1 on another Shareholder / and he had gone to say 9.99 percent. Would the Significant Shareholder List reveal this ? Q is why should it if Lang has not crossed the 1 percent Threshold ? Yet this information would be known but would it be made freely available upon a different TR-1 trigger ?

Well / Personally in a World of information I believe this information should be regularly updated and accurately declared. Thank you for info. I do not think I am going to get what I want. I want access to accurate information re Significant Shareholders List - Nothing more. It seems we PI are at the mercy of those who hold that information. The info should be freely accessible imo.

So unless we get a TR-1 that means No Update on Significant Shareholders List. That’s frustrating as for all we know the Nominee Accounts may be accumulating and that information is known to ??? It must be known day to day but not released to Public domain.

Yes VV. No TR-1 yet so it’s the Nominee percentages I am interested in. I know we’ve had conversation before re how many Shares available to be Traded which includes all Nominee Accs. BUT / If Nominee’s are accumulating and holding / then the evidence may point towards a smaller pot.

I would especially like to see if the Nominee Accounts have increased or decreased compared to FEB. Individual Private Investors may be accumulating and they are unlikely to change their Investment Platform.

I would like to compare.

Emailed the Company to ask when next update of Significant Shareholder list may occur ? No response thus far. If no response I’d consider that quite rude.

And “Have been known” is different to “All flow at 2000 in the area - Period”.

I ask the Question… “Exactly what percentage have been known to Flow at 2000?”.

No need to answer. I suspect it’s not 100%. Which is basically what you are saying ie : 40 x 2000bopd. Hey good if you can get it 100%.
