Art is a clever boy. I think he was under the cosh before he drilled that Well. He needed to create something for long term holders and newly sucked in PI / whilst he got down to the real business of getting real production up to a level to make the business sustainable.

It doesn’t make sense to me. JV or no JV. If the FD was that Big he would have raised the cash and drilled already and began to prove up the potential. No alleged Big Oiler is going to chuck teddy out if Art drills on his own find.

Instead we are 3p on production lower than what he promised last year !!! And in shed loads more debt.

This new pipe has to deliver 4000bopd by year end. The debt is too high to justify less barrels.

Q / If the FD is that good / why hasn’t he drilled ? He promised 2 drills back end of last year.

My answer is he wants it to remain subjective. Act as a lure to new PI to continue the rinse. That’s exactly what’s happened 16p down to 3p.

Now re the FD. Let’s have an appraisal Drill or if we have no money / release some of this “Technical knowledge”. Return some value to Shareholders. If the FD is everything he suggests then the money will flood in.

But no. We have no money to even drill the thing and an unsubstantiated JV interest conveniently covered by an NDA. If the deal is that good then he needs to convince SH. He has done nothing of the sort.

If you’d have listened and acted on Eazy’s advice. You’d have Strong Buy’d this all the way down from 20p to 3p. Each time it dropped you’d have bought more. He offers no SP Prediction or Timeline or return on your Investment. Beware. Not one Negative Post. I have to hand it to them. Always Positive. And good on them too !!

Good luck with those 100 Permits for said JV. This is no slam dunk. Shouston just sells you the Good side. This is the other side of the coin. Make your own minds up for NDA and JV delay and current SP.

ML was 9.03% on 347m Shares / corresponds to RNS 31.3m Shares RNS 22/2.

Soon to be 364m Shares.

To maintain 9.03% or more to the point above 9% Threshold / then ML would need another 1.5m Shares. So let’s see if TR-1 materialises ?

He’s not daft. Purchasing just over any threshold means continued support from him, in the event of funds required or your Shareholding reduces. So why go over the threshold in the first place ? You’d go to 8.5 to 8.75 allowing more flexibility. Hopefully he knows much more than us.

No rise is maintained for very long. Trading FRI could Flatline or see 2.75p. I will only re invest Post consolidation. I believe everyone is being rinsed. I’ll tune back in 4:30pm.

Happy to see Blue. But I’ve seen this before. This SP is alarmingly low and the debt puts us at high risk. Buyers will be locked in on the spread. Some can Trade for very small margins at very high risk.

Friday Trading could see 2.75p and the lot today wiped out.

Pilot. We absolutely need 2500bopd or it’s lights out. The Debt is increasing the threshold in bopd required for going concern.

If Art had a bulletproof plan to 5000/10000bopd then yes we would go to 10p in a shot. The oil is there, no doubt. But the Extraction Costs are not economical. Or we wouldn’t have a 2 week shutdown causing chaos. Pray for a mild Winter.

Edge. I hear you. But Art Track record of raising cash for what outcome in production ?? It doesn’t take a Rocket scientist to figure out that the oil doesn’t come out easy and not for very long before clean up required. It costs more to get out than what it’s worth pertinently. Otherwise we’d have zero debt and high production !!!!

Not at all. I’ve said on here before I’ll Buy in when the consolidation occurs. If we make it that far… Didn’t expect to see 3p so soon. But then again I can see how the Market attacks this when Copl in a period of maintenance and thus doubt re return on Capital raised.

Anyone who buys is locked in. The Market knows the debt ratio will kill growth.

Heard it all before. They can increase Well performance in the short term. But can they do it in the long term ?? Art has a long history of raising cash to fund work to achieve what ? Look at the debt. Look at the outcome in production. He won’t be raising cash anymore so this absolutely has to stick. Nothing has ever stuck before so yes. It’s a gamble right now.

Deal with him. SP 95% down. Debt has replaced the SP.
