The SSH list will be updated every 6 months come what may. A TR-1 may help it to be updated sooner.

Jace. I wasn’t happy with the “Accelerate” buzz word. Wanted it clarified with an accompanying specific Timeline. Accelerate is meaningless if you don’t know the speed you were travelling to begin with. Timelines !! So we have to Trust the BOD on that one. The fact that they didn’t take the whole fill and raised higher than prev Terms agreed bodes well. Awaiting any TR-1 or update on Sig SH List to see who’s reduced or maintained their average.

Exxon give us £200m for 70%. The Field yet to be Appraised. That’s a mighty gamble. You can just imagine the CFO at Exxon.

“You did what ??? It’s not even been Appraised and you just gave them £200m??”.

And so … As you can see / It doesn’t quite work out as easy as that.

You must Appraise it first.

So…

I think 2 routes to a deal.

Firstly. We fund initial Appraisal ourselves (Requires another £10m and dilution) (Funding whole Appraisal £20/£30m?). This de risks the fuels and opens up the door to a better deal / certainly something lime Baserite says.

Or

Asking JV Partner for near 100% of cash for Appraisal doesn’t get you £200m for 30% retention. No Investor is going to take Full Risk on anything and hand over £200m.

Is Art getting Copl so we can fund highest possible % of Appraisal for best possible deal.

If so… No JV before we get current Production up. Yet he does say Deal imminent. So for me an imminent deal would mean cut price.

The longer it goes and the higher we can get Production up surely means better SP Appreciation and better JV deal in reward for patience ?

Widglide. The BOD have just delayed any Pay rise for 2 years in lieu of Options. Why would they do that if indeed it is a lifestyle Company ? They’re preserving cash for the net benefit to come. Otherwise they’d take a Pay rise !!
