FL would have to RNS any reduction beyond the % barrier. Also his Shares are held in a Trust fund I believe. “Trust funds do not necessarily buy and sell Assets frequently”. They are usually largely benign platforms re activity.

Allan Syms is doing a good job. We need a strong, dependable and steady CEO and that’s what he is. His vast international experience, coupled with length of Service to both the medical industry and to Cizzle are most welcome and we are lucky to have him.

We have a great balance in a Company with 5 people running it. We are heavily reliant on CONSISTENCY. And we have it.

I do not see CLIA accreditation as having material impact on SP. I’d hope for High 3p nothing more. At the moment we are a going concern and will remain so until as you say we confirm Strong Clinical Validation. We need those Medicare and Medicaid codes and then we need confirmation that this Test is “Robust” and “Useful” amongst all ethnicities.

Long way to go 2 years or so before we can be confident that it does what it says on the tin imo.

Also. Upon CLIA submission … Approval is “.. usually instant”.

The CLIA accreditation is on OMNI own premises as I understand.

Has he LB ? Not when regarding cash support. He seems conservative by nature but this is first time he has laid his intention out to establish stated aim in his Share of the Capital. His cards on the table. Open and honest.

As I read RNS now for umpteenth time. The First 2 Loan Notes have been taken by the Company Totalling £400k. But the date for their conversion has been extended to coincide with the Third set of Loan Notes. So Ciz have another £250k in the Bank / all be it spread over 3 Months.

Now. I am assuming the £400k has all gone (Hence the new Tranche) but we do not know. Some cash may have been retained and this extra £250k may just act as Contingency yes ? Wishful thinking perhaps.

FL has given his word that he wants the Shares and overall you have to say he is a good guy and behaving in a solid dependable fashion as an Investor. I get the feeling he wants us all to succeed inc us Private Invstors. Again wishful thinking perhaps but it is possible as they read these boards.

I wholeheartedly Agree Green100. He is sitting pretty as an Investor on 21% in all but name. The Transition to Owner on 30% and then 100% would increase Risk beyond his capacity.

What does surprise me is the fact that no one else has joined the Investor party. There is multiple opportunity to get someone else on board, so either it is a closed shop at Lang’s wishes or there are no HNWI out there wanting to join.

I read it as a fudge on words. Your first Sale by definition has to be your “Initial Sale”. They haven’t completed any Sales yet as they await CLIA accreditation. They must have multiple orders waiting or Bio wouldn’t have increased their 2026 year end guarantee.

Frazer intends increasing his Share to 21% so where’s the RNS to adjust Share Capital given there’s £400k at 1.4p to be added ?
